Bu dönemin şairleri(ozanları) şiirlerini divan adı verilen kitaplarda topladıkları için söz konusu edebiyata da Divan Edebiyatı denilmiştir.Özellikle,medreseden yetişen aydın sanatçı ve yazarların saray ve çevresinde oluşturdukları bir edebiyat geleneği olduğu için, Havas(Yüksek Zümre) edebiyatı,Saray edebiyatı, Klasik Türk edebiyatı gibi adlarla da anılmaktadır.Divan edebiyatı sözünün 1900'den sonra ortaya çıktığı sanılmakta ve ilk defa kimin kullandığı bilinmemektedir.

Near-ideal p-CdS/n-Si heterojunction band edge lineup has been investigated for the first time with aid of I-V and C-V measurements. The heterojunction was manufactured by deposition of CdS films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique (CSP) on monocrystalline n-type silicon. The experimental data of the conduction band offset Ec and valence band offset Ec were compared with theoretical values. The band offset Ec=530meV and Ev=770meV obtained at 300K. The energy band diagram of p-CdS/n-Si HJ was constructed. C-V measurements depict that the junction was an abrupt type and the built-in voltage was determined from C-2-V plot

OBJECTIVE: To determine the preferred specialties of graduated medical doctors working in Basra, and determine the factors behind their preferences. METHODS: The study was conducted in 38 primary health care centres and seven hospitals in Basra from January-June 2014. A cross-sectional study was adopted with the use of a self-administered questionnaire form. Two hundred ninety six graduated doctors were agreed to participate. In this study, an improved process was proposed for the synthesis of structure-controlled Cu2O nanoparticles, using a simplified wet chemical method at room temperature. A chemical solution route was established to synthesize Cu2O crystals with various sizes and morphologies. The structure, morphology, and optical properties of Cu2O nanoparticles were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, SEM (scanning electron microscope), and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
