Özet
Sözlü Türk halk edebiyatı ürünleri içinde önemli yere sahip olan türlerden biri de atasözleridir. Atasözleri, nesilden nesile halk ağzında dolaĢan, kimin söylediği bilinmeyen, birtakım gerçekleri kısa ve öz bir Ģekilde ifade eden sözlerdir. Türk atasözleri Orhun Abideleri‟nde ilk kez karĢımıza çıkmakla birlikte, Uygur dönemi yazıtlarında ve özellikle Dîvânü Lûgati‟t Türk‟te geniĢ yer bulmuĢtur. Dilin anlatım ve kullanım imkânlarını geliĢtiren atasözlerine, dünyanın bütün dillerinde rastlanabilir. Bunun için, söyleyiĢte güzel, anlatımda güçlü, kavramda önemli unsurlar içeren kalıplaĢmıĢ sözler halinde bulunurlar. Bu çalıĢmada, Türk halk edebiyatında atasözleri ele alınmıĢ, genel bilgiler verilmiĢ, manzum Ģekli üzerinde durulmuĢ, daha sonra Irak Türkmen Ģairlerinden Sadık Assafoğlu‟ndan derlenen atasözü içerikli hoyrat örnekleri aktarılmıĢtır. Söz konusu örnekler aktarılmadan önce Irak Türkmen halk edebiyatının Ģah damarını teĢkil eden hoyrat türü hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiĢtir.

The study investigates the relationship between the volatility of the Iraqi Stock Exchange Index (ISX), and the volatility of global oil prices benchmarks, Brent and West Intermediate Texas (WTI), in additional to the Iraqi Oil, Basra Crude Light (BSL) which represents the most exported Iraqi oil and the major influential factor on the Iraqi governmental revenues. In this paper, a statistical analysis compared the pattern of distribution of spending on various goods and services and to identify the main factors that control the rates of spending between the survey of social and economic status of families in Iraq for the year (2007) and the survey of Iraq knowledge net work (IKN) for the year (2011), which were carried out by the Central Bureau of Statistics through the use of factor analysis and cluster analysis, using the ready statistical software package ready (SPSS) to gain access to the results.

Naproxen(NPX) imprinted liquid electrodes of polymers are built using polymerization precipitation. The molecularly imprinted (MIP) and non imprinted (NIP) polymers were synthesized using NPX as a template.
