   This research of the thesis includes the preparation and identification of two new tetra dentate Schiff's base ligand .        (H4L1 ) and then binuclear complexes with a group of transition metal ions in addition to cadmium with the general formula. [M2(L1)Cl2(H2O)2] M+2=[Mn,Co,Ni,Cu and Cd]    The prepared complexes and ligands were identified by in pared(FT-IR) spectroscopy ,Ultra violet-visible(UV-visible) spectroscopy and H-NMR spectroscopy of the prepared ligand, also microanalysis (C.H.N) of some of the prepared compounds has been carried out and the melting points, the molar conductivity and magnetic susceptibility  

In this work, the effect of atomic ratio on structural and optical properties of SnO₂/In₂O₃ thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition technique under vacuum and annealed at 573K in air has been studied.  Atomic ratios from 0 to 100% have been used. X-ray diffraction analysis has been utilized to study the effect of atomic ratios on the phase change using XRD analyzer and the crystalline size and the lattice strain using Williamson-Hall relationship. It has been found that the ratio of 50% has the lowest crystallite size, which corresponds to the highest strain in the lattice. The energy gap has increased as the atomic ratio of indium oxide increased.

These dibenzylidenes when treated with one equivalent of malonic anhydride or 5-oxo-spiro[2,3]hexane-4,6-dione in dry benzene give 6-membered heterocyclic ring system of 3-{2-[(2-Hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-phenyl}-2-(2-hydroxy –phenyl)-[1,3]oxazinane-4,6-diones ( 1-3) or 7-{2-[(2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-phenyl}-6-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-5-oxa-7-aza-spiro[2.5]octane-4,8-diones ( 7- 9 ) But when two equivalents of malonic anhydride or 5-oxo-spiro[2,3]hexane-4,6-dione were used and under sam conditions compounds (4-6 , 10-12 ) were obtained .

Alternation of bacterial antioxidant defense pathways might affect susceptibility to antibiotics in dual ways.  Using a relatively simple model based on wild-type and oxyR Escherichia coli mature biofilms, their counterpart planktonic cultures and exponentially growing planktonic cultures, we explored the role of OxyR-mediated metabolism alternations in modulation of susceptibility to antibiotics ciprofloxacin and cefotaxime. The present work aimed to study the effect of Grave's disease on the different tissues and organs of the body by using Wayne Thyrotoxicosis Diagnostic Index (WTDI) and Basel Metabolic Index (BMI).
