Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop specific skills of 21 century, one schedule, renewable: (sex, years of experience, academic degree) from the viewpoint of the research sample. The current research aims to identify the problems and needs for both college of political science and college of engineering’s students. The sample was (100) male and female student.
