Herzen's address to obsolete words, which is their ability to acquire a stylistic coloring in the context of speech, as well as the possibility of combining, in some cases, with neutral lexemes of various functional styles. In this paper we study the selection of cognitive elements and criteria of the inflectional structure of the Russian and Arabic languages in the process of speech communication. Phonetic-physiological principle is the main parameter by which the elements and criteria of cognitive activity in the presented study are distinguished. On the basis of the above mentioned parameter, we select the investigated criteria and elements. Loanwords are the words transferred from one language to another, which become essential part of the borrowing language. The loanwords have come from the source language to the recipient language because of many reasons. Detecting these loanwords is complicated task due to that there are no standard specifications for transferring words between languages and hence low accuracy. This work tries to enhance this accuracy of detecting loanwords between Turkish and Arabic language as a case study. In this paper, the proposed system contributes to find all possible loanwords using any set of characters either alphabetically or randomly arranged. Idiomatic expressions in Russian journalism make one important borrowed means for making a dialogue with the receiver's intellect in so far as it has the distinct feature of  having clarity and exactness of meaning. The meaning is seen as a shortcut for covering a series of concepts and details so as to arrive at the intended meaning. This is done by stimulating the reader by the use of certain clear idioms. The use of such idioms in a journalistic text is not for a linguistic purpose only, but it is a cultural and social phenomenon reflecting the type of current changes in the society and it aims at discoursing with the reader's mind.
