برزت الشخصانية في حقبة تاريخية كان فيها العالم و اوربا وفرنسا تشهد انتهاء حقبة حضارية امتدت من نهاية القرون الوسطى حتى اوائل القرن العشرين تميزت بكونها رأسمالية التركيب، ليبرالية المنهج، وبرجوازية القيم، جاءت الشخصانية ليس فقط محاولة للإجابة عن حقبة جديدة ولادة حضارة جديدة لاتزال غامضة المعالم فحسب انما ايضا كرد على المدرسة الماركسية المادية والوجودية الملحدة محددة هدفها الابعد بإعادة صنع النهضة

Surveillance cameras are video cameras used for the purpose of observing an area. They are often connected to a recording device or IP network, and may be watched by a security guard or law enforcement officer. In case of location have less percentage of movement (like home courtyard during night); then we need to check whole recorded video to show where and when that motion occur which are wasting in time. So this paper aims at processing the real time video captured by a Webcam to detect motion in the Scene using MATLAB 2012a, with keeping in mind that camera still recorded which means real time detection. La vorágine es una novela insigne de la literatura colombiana e hispanoamericana que trata de manera singular el tema de la violencia. Este artículo propone una reflexión filosófica novedosa para abordar la violencia como objeto de conocimiento. For that, this work has been proposed to design and developed a remote patient surveillance system, which deals with 4 medical signs (temperature, SPO2, heart rate, and Electrocardiogram ECG. l’oeuvre camusienne, en l’occurrence La peste. Il s’agit, pour nous, de lire ce roman
sur une portée idéologique. Et ce qui justifie notre tentative, c’est Camus lui-même
qui voudrait qu’on lise son roman " sur plusieurs portées " lorsqu’il déclare : « La
peste, dont j’ai voulu qu’elle se lise sur plusieurs portées, a cependant comme
contenu évident la lutte de la résistance européenne contre le Nazisme»1.
