Zygnematales an order of green algae in Shaqlawa District Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, has been studied in eighteen sites, distributed between twelve springs and six along the streams within Shaqlawa district from September2019 to August2020. A total of 116 species belonging to 9 genera were identified. The most dominant genera included Spirogyra and Cosmarium (31, 30) taxa respectively. Out of them, 30 species were recorded for the first time in Iraq. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. Genetic Algorithms (GA) is a based population approach. It belongs to a metaheuristic procedure that uses population characteristics to guide the search. It maintains and improves multiple solutions which may produce a high-quality solution to an optimization problem. This study presents a comprehensive survey of the GA. We provide and discuss genetic algorithms for new researchers. We illustrate which components build up the GAs and view the main results on complexity time.

Purpose: The diagnosis and determine the level of balance between the time available for life and work with the doctors in the hospitals of t the six hospitals in the City of Medicine.

Design / methodology / Approach: It has been relying on ready-scale, to make sure the diagnosis and determine the level of balance between the time available for life and work, where they were distributed on Form 42 doctors in the six hospitals in the City of Medicine, were analyzed by software (Nvivo and SPSS v.22).
