Research Summary
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, and on the good God and his righteous companions.
For the most truthful hadith is the Book of God Almighty, and the best guidance is the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. If any)). Our good predecessor took care of collecting what they were able to collect and arrange from the words of the prophecy issued by our master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and wrote works on them including forms of support, parts, dictionaries, and mosques. About me, if any, in order to revive his bright white year, which is night as its day, follow his trail, and follow his right path, and approach his path, and to enter into his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him (“Whoever wants God with good will understand him in religion)”. For the sake of all this, I loved to delve into the jurisprudence of the Mother of the Believers, the wife of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
No researcher in the field of Sharia studies in general and jurisprudence in particular, whatever enjoyment of abilities, can in no way dispense with the jurisprudence of the esteemed Companions, who have been the brightest of their sayings. This is because they teach people what is permissible and forbidden.
And the mother of the believers, Mrs. Hafsah bint Umar, may God be pleased with them, was not among the class
There are a lot of boys, and I did not stand on the one issue except that it had one opinion, that is, it had no more than one opinion in the one jurisprudential issue. I did a wide inventory, and I only stood on a few issues in which she expressed her opinion, but most of the monuments indicate that it was a narration of the impact that I heard or witnessed it from the presence of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, unlike Mrs. Aisha, the husband of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, because she was one of the most frequent of the boys. That’s why Mrs. Aisha was an indispensable reference after the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
So my humble research plan required that the research methodology be composed of one chapter that includes two topics, the first topic is loaded on the life of Mrs. Umm Al-Mu'mineen Hafsa bint Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with them, and contains:
The first requirement: her name.
The second requirement: her birth.
The second requirement: her family.
Fourth requirement: her Islam.
Fifth requirement: Her marriage to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The sixth requirement: Her divorce from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The seventh requirement: the occasion of the descent of any choice.
The eighth requirement: mention of the collection of the Qur’an.
The ninth requirement: his wives, peace be upon him.
The tenth requirement: her narration
The eleventh requirement: the praise of the scholars and Gabriel
The second topic: It includes the opinion of Mrs. Hafsa with a comparative study with other schools of thought divided into issues, as follows:
The first issue: middle prayer.
The second issue: the rule of prayer.
The third issue: The obligatory fasting is not valid unless the intention is overnight.
The fourth issue: the ruling on the kiss.
Fifth issue: mourning - mourning the wife to the deceased husband.
Sixth issue: The guardian stipulates that the marriage contract is valid.
The seventh issue: the limit of forbidden breastfeeding.
The eighth issue: the limit of the magician.
The ninth issue: How much a man to miss his wife.
The tenth issue: The condition of the endower to eat his family from the endowment
And what is the success and the sit-in except from him?
This study was conducted to determine the fungal cause and bio control of damping off and root rot of wheat plants by using pseudomonas fluorescens under greenhouse and field conditions. Results showed isolation of eight species from the soil and roots to deferent region of Baghdad government. Rhizoctonia solani (Rs) and Fusarium solani (Fs) were the predominant damping off fungus with frequency 60 and 52% respectively. Led the using of bacteria formulations such as crud suspension , pure bacteria filtration and pure living cells in culture medium inhibit all type fungi with rates ranging from 84-96% , 80- 93% and 75-88% respectively. The efforts embedded in this paper have been devoted to designing, preparing, and testing warm mix asphalt (WMA) mixtures and comparing their behavior against traditional hot mix asphalt mixtures. For WMA preparation, the Sasobit wax additive has been added to a 40/50 asphalt binder with a concentration of 3%. Field experiment was conducted to test the effect of saline water and fertilizers rate on Pisum sativum L. plants . Treatments of the experiment included two levels of water salinity (2, 7 dSm-1) as a main plot and three levels of potash fertilization K2SO4 (44%K) namely 150 control, 300 and 450 kg/Donum as a sub plot. This study was carried out to determine the effects of NaCl (0.00, 50, 100, 150, 180 or 200) mM and two different types of mutagens chemical mutagen ethyl methyl sulphonate (EMS) at 0.5% and physical mutagen UV-B irradiation (40 min time exposure), on mitotic division in two Iraqi rice genotypes Amber 33 (A33) and Amber Baghdad (AB). Different concentrations of NaCl were used. Mitotic index (MI %) was decreased significantly by increasing NaCl concentration, however the highest mitotic index was recorded in mutated genotypes with EMS and UV-B.
