The Leader: His Qualifications and Attributes in the Quranic Perspective in Light of Surat Al-Naml - An Objective Study
...Show More Authors

Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and after :
For the Holy Qur’an is the constitution of this nation, and it has included everything that the nation needs, and it has appropriate solutions for all the problems it faces, and for a long time the nation has its vision for the future, waiting for a leader who carries the concerns of this nation and proceeds towards progress and progress, so that it rises to the glory and glory. He brings it out from what it is today, from its deterioration in all levels.
The world has witnessed in recent decades the development of programs and curricula, and books have been prepared showing how to prepare leaders and their industry, and what programs they should adopt in order to succeed, whether in the leadership of institutions or the leadership of countries, hence the importance of the topic, where the urgent need for a leader with specifications Especially, through a reflective pause in the Noble Qur’an, I found that Surat al-Naml and the story of Solomon in particular carried all the answers that the questioner needed about the qualities of the leader that the nation wants, and through my careful reading of this story, I found that it showed beyond doubt the qualities that qualify a person for leadership, and the attributes That he must show With it, this was a direct and important reason for my choosing this topic, as I found satisfactory answers to the above questions.
The research was divided into four sections with an introduction and a conclusion:
As for the first topic: it dealt with the definition of leadership with language and terminology, and the conditions of the Imam set by Muslim scholars.
As for the second topic: It was on the qualities that qualify for leadership, and it contains four demands, the first in knowledge and recognition by the grace of God, and the second in inheritance and thanks to God for his grace, and the third was on the firm belief that he advocated thanksgiving and righteousness, and the last demand was about keenness on the parish, fear and mercy on them.
The third topic was on the leadership qualities of our master Solomon, peace be upon him
And it has five demands in following up the parish and asking about them, and the severity of the punishment with justice, charity, validation and identification from the news, courage and strength in decision-making, and the strength of personality and self-confidence.
As for the fourth topic, it was about the leadership qualities of the Queen of Sheba, and it contains four demands on the Shura about the matter, building the vision on the basis of interests and evils, and following the truth and surrender to it.
My methodology in the study was an objective one, as I mentioned the verse and its interpretation from the books of interpretation, then I tried to link this to what I found from recent writings, so I combined the old and the modern as much as I have from the sources.
Then I concluded the research with the most important results of the research, and I have reviewed everything that provides books on interpretation, biography, hadith and Sunnah, and some recent references in leadership and their conditions.

Finally, I say that it is the effort of the eyeballs, because if you do well from God, and if you offend myself, then our last prayer is that praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.

Through the researchers' acquaintance with the previous studies, the problem was identified as that the preparation of training curricula in all its units must be based on accurate scientific foundations. Positively affect the type of attack and its implication in the presence of correlational relations, whether direct or indirect, i.e., precedence in training and in preparing units Therefore, the researcher decided to build a causal model to know the relationships to show the best model of the direct straight attack. The study aimed to build a causal model for the most important physical measurements and kinetic capabilities of the direct straight attack in the research sample. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in t

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of a teaching strategy based on the cognitive model of Daniel in the development of achievement and the motivation of learning the school mathematics among the third intermediate grade students in the light of their study of "Systems of Linear Equations”. The research was conducted in the first semester (1439/1440AH), at Saeed Ibn Almosaieb Intermediate School, in Arar, Saudi Arabia. A quasi-experimental design has been used. In addition, a (pre & post) achievement test (20 Questions) and a (pre & post) scale of learning motivation to the school mathematics (25 Items) have been applied on two groups: a control group (31Students), and an experimental group (29 Students). The resear

In Vivo Study for Measuring the Toxicity of Heat Stable Enterotoxin (a) Produced by Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli in Mice
...Show More Authors

This research was conducted to measure the safety of heat stable enterotoxin a (STa) produced by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, through studying its toxic effect on mice since it showed a promising effect in reducing the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells. The cytogenetic effect was determined after giving five different doses (100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600)μg/Kg in comparison with negative (phosphate buffer saline / PBS) and positive (mitomycin C/ MMC, at doses of 2 and 5μg/Kg) controls on mouse bone marrow cells by employing the following parameters: mitotic index, chromosomal aberrations and micronucleus, also, the serum level of liver functional enzymes (GOT, GPT, ALP) was recorded. In addition, lethal dose 50 (LD 50) with cert

A Study on the Effect of Multistage Toolpath in Fabricating a Customized Cranial Implant in Incremental Sheet Metal Forming
...Show More Authors

Incremental sheet forming (ISF) process offers a high degree of flexibility in the manufacturing of different sheet parts, which makes it an ideal candidate for prototype parts as well as efficient at fabricating various customized products at low production costs compared to traditionally used processes. However, parts produced in this process exhibit notable geometrical inaccuracy and considerable thickness reduction. In this paper, the single point incremental sheet forming variant of the process has been implemented to manufacture a highly customized cranial implant starting from the computed tomography (CT) scan data of the patient's anatomy. A methodology, from the modeling to the realization of the implant, is presented and discus

Providing Iraqi students with proficiency in English is the ultimate goal of the educational system which is a way of getting knowledge in the fields of arts, sciences, transferring knowledge and sciences to other communities. Therefore, conducting such a type of study is very important because the contents of English textbooks have a huge influence on learning of the students. Once the content of English textbooks contain errors as the correct one, this will effect on his/her learning. The present study is an attempt to evaluate the new course entitled “English for Iraq” for fifth grade students for secondary schools, by Olivia Johnston and Mark Farell. Detection of Nutrients and Major Ions at Al Muthanna Storage Site Soil

In the early 90s military operations and United Nations Special Commission “UNSCOM” teams have been destroyed the past Iraqi chemical program. Both operations led an extensive number of scattered remnants of contaminated areas. The quantities of hazardous materials, incomplete destructed materials, and toxic chemicals were sealed in two bunkers. Deficiency of appropriate destruction technology led to spreading the contamination around the storage site. This paper aims to introduce the environmental detection of the contamination in the storage site area using geospatial analysis technique. The environmental contamination level of nutrients and major ions such as sulphate (SO4), potassium (K), sodium (Na), magnesi
