This research examines aspects of Imam Al-Qurtubi's efforts in matters related to the topics of faith that he dealt with in his interpretation (the provisions of the provisions of the Qur’an); and it has been shown that Imam Al-Qurtubi in most of the doctrinal issues dealt with in his interpretation approximates the doctrine of the Sunnis of Ash'aris, Maturids and people of impact. He had responses to some of the teams, such as stereoscopic, karami, and Mu'tazilite, reinforcing the responses with transfer and mental evidence.
It was found that Imam Al-Qurtubi says that there is an increase in faith and a decrease in it, that the increase is through actions (so obedience increases and decreases in sin) and that the same faith does not include an increase in it.
The study involved isolation and characterization of E.coli from patient’s infected with diarrhea , in order to study the ability of the bacteria to produce cytosine deaminase (CD). Result showed eight isolates of E.coli which showed adifference in the production of (CD) and the isolate of E. coli E33 was the beast of its production of CD than the other’s and the value of the specific activity was 4.920 u/mg protein , when grown in the medium which contains 1% glycerol ,3% peptone as a source of Carbon and Nitrogen respectively with pH 8. A comparative study was carried out to evaluate alkaloid antibacterial activity which was extracted from the root bark Punica granatum L. by liquid membrane techniques (SA) and organic solvent traditional techniques (SB). The screening of the antimicrobial activity was conducted by agar well diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Proteus mirabilis at three concentration levels (5, 10 and 15 mg/ml). Alkaloid extracts were analyzed by a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The conductance of solu ti ons of cysteine in water at different concentrations and temperatures has been measured. These solutions obey Onsagcr equation and give linear relations especially at low concentrations. In more concentrated solutions a deviation from the equation is observed.
The molar conductivity of these solutions decreases with t he increase in concen trations at constant temperature.
