The importance of logic in the study of Islamic sciences
...Show More Authors

Logic is one of the sciences that have receded and regressed in the field of Islamic sciences. This regression is the result of several factors, the most important of which are:

1- The Aristotelian logic, concerned with the seemingly essential shape and the underlying truth in the text, which has been translated into Arabic, is no longer able to keep pace with scientific revelations and epistemological spaces of our time.
2- The existence of logic in the curricula of Islamic studies was not subject to a study linking logic and Islamic sciences. Therefore, we find that the student studies logic as if it were a strange subject that has nothing to do with the subjects of Islamic studies and even Islamic philosophy.
3- Logic is a scientific, intellectual subject whose study leads to the development of mental abilities, and therefore it must be taken care of and given special attention. The development of his vocabulary and the use of this in this regard, including logical studies in the world. Because of the scientific logic, its drought and the lack of practical examples of its vocabulary, all of this pushed students to aversion to his studies.
In this research, the researcher tries to open the door to looking at the logic curriculum that is taught in the colleges of Islamic sciences, and this study constituted a sincere invitation to reconsider the vocabulary and logical subject matter that has not changed for hundreds of years since the material was translated in ancient times and remained the same and nothing happened Development by institutions concerned with its study and teaching, and criticism of logic in this research is intended to develop logic by discussing the problems that have been raised about logic.
In the first topic, the definition and its problems were highlighted. Can logic, by definition, create or control knowledge? The researcher discussed some of the criticisms that tried to cancel logic and proved that logic is not from religious sciences but rather from secular sciences like mathematics and physics, and there is nothing wrong with benefiting from it in the service of religion and Islamic sciences.
In the second topic, the researcher tried to review the vocabulary of the curriculum in order to reach the conclusion that the complexity and rigorous normality were a reason for the aversion to studies of Islamic sciences and their distancing from logic.
The researcher quickly listed the vocabulary of the current approach to logic. Through this digression, the researcher tried to stop at some cases that confirm that logic was made by the human mind and is subject to error, addition, deletion and change.
In the third topic, the researcher presented a vision for developing logic by proposing some changes in the current curriculum and focusing on the topic of significance and benefiting from contemporary studies in language and interpretation and studying mental reasoning and developing students ’intellectual capabilities.
In conclusion, the researcher presented some ideas that he reached to study as results that can be enriched and expanded to develop the logic approach. And the God of the intent behind .

The anatomic characteristics of the leaves of 22 taxa of Stachys L. representing seven of the currently recognized sections distributed in northern Iraq, were examined. The study did not found any variations in the characteristics of the stomata system of the leaves.Therewere variations with a good taxonomic value in other anatomic characteristics.Thevariations in characters of the mesophyll tissue in S.kurdica var.brevidens Bom ex Bhattacharjeewas bifacial but in S.kurdica var.kurdica Boiss. & Hohen.was unifacial .The study also found that the taxa S.benthamiana Bioss., S.lanigera (Bornm.) A Pragma-Linguistic Study of Deontic Modals in the Language of International Contracts.
...Show More Authors

Deontic modality expresses what is necessary or possible according to the norms of morality and laws of community. It is a cover term for those cases where modal auxiliaries used to express notions like ''obligation'', ''prohibition'' and, ''permission''. Deontic modals are basically performatives, having the ''so-be-it'' component of directives in that the speaker directs the behavior of the addressee to get things done. The present study identifies the use of deontic models in international contracts to prove that there are major pragmatic strategies employed in writing them. To achieve the aim of the study, a modified model of Danet’s (1980) and Trosborg’s (1995) in accordance to Searle (1969) is used to analyze 16 texts selected fro

Study of Anatomical Description and Histological Structure of the kidney in Iraqi Birds.
...Show More Authors

Background:  The current study aims to identify the morphological description and histological structure of kidney in bird. Morphologically the kidney consist of three lobes represented by the cranial, medial and caudal taking into account the difference in the shape and size of the lobes.   According to histology, the kidney is surrounded in a delicate connective tissue capsule. The kidney's primary structural component is the lobule, which is made up of cortical and medullary tissue in each lobule. There are two parts to the kidney medulla and cortex. The cortex is larger than the medulla and has glomeruli, proximal convoluted tubules, and distal convoluted tubules, whereas the medulla has thin and thick segments o

Study the Effect of Cutting Parameters on Temperature Distribution and Tool Life During Turning Stainless Steel 316L
...Show More Authors

This paper is focused on studying the effect of cutting parameters (spindle speed, feed and depth of cut) on the response (temperature and tool life) during turning process. The inserts used in this study are carbide inserts coated with TiAlN (Titanum, Aluminium and Nitride) for machining a shaft of stainless steel 316L. Finite difference method was used to find the temperature distribution. The experimental results were done using infrared camera while the simulation process was performed using Matlab software package. The results showed that the  maximum difference between the experimental and simulation results was equal to 19.3 , so, a good agreement between the experimental and simulation results  was achieved. Tool life w

The impact of dimensions of concerning the distribution of daily Iraqi newspapers informing customer loyalty
...Show More Authors

Abstract

The study deal with two main variables:- the dimensions of distribution, and the customer loyalty . the researcher has chosen samples of Iraqi newspapers like (AL Sabah, AL Mada, AL Bayna aljdeida newspaper), because this product depends greatly on the consumption of customers so as to achieve the success. After studying the dimensions of these variables ( cost, flixibilty & deliver time ) which concerns the distribution, and for these dimensions ( marketing relationship, customer perception, customer experience, brand, & product quality) which relate to the customer loyalty . the problem has been identified in a number of remarks concerning the extent of awareness that the administration

Study of Main Factors Affecting the Leakage of Aluminum into the Food Wrapped in Aluminum Foil During Cooking
...Show More Authors

Different cooking conditions were examined for aluminum content in food cooked while wrapped with aluminum foil. The influence of each anticipated factor (the acidity of the cooking medium, type of acids normally used in cuisines namely acetic and tartaric acids, various cooking temperatures, influence of the presence of sodium chloride salt, the effect of cooking oil, and the length of time of cooking) was studied thoroughly as a function of aluminum degraded out of the aluminum foils to the medium. The experimental samples were digested with nitric acid upon fulfillment of examining each factor separately before quantifying aluminum with the sensitive technique of atomic absorption spectroscopy. The outcomes of the study have shown that t

The Effects of Zinc-Containing Mouthwashes on the Force Degradation of Orthodontic Elastomeric Chains: An In Vitro Study
...Show More Authors

Objective. This study aimed to evaluate and compare the force degradation of two types of elastomeric chains following different periods of immersion in zinc-containing mouthwashes. Materials and Methods. Four hundred and forty pieces of Elasto-Force and Super Elasto-Force elastomeric chains were divided into two control and eight experimental groups. The pieces were stretched to 25 mm on pins mounted on an acrylic block and stored in distilled water at 37°C. The experimental groups were immersed in four different types of mouthwash for one minute twice a day throughout the test period. Ten continuous thermocycles per day between cold and hot water baths (5–55°C) were carried out. Forces were measured at six-time intervals (in
