Surat Al-Qariah is from the royal fence, which is in the thirtieth part of the Noble Qur’an. The commentators differed on the number of verses, and the reason for its naming. This surah talked about the conditions of people on the Day of Resurrection, and about how people were removed from their graves, all of which I spoke about in the preamble.
The research is divided into six topics: the first topic dealt with strange terms, while the second topic dealt with the most important audio issues mentioned in the surah, namely (slurring, advertising, substitution, and silence). In the third topic, I spoke about morphological issues, and the fourth topic included the most important expressive ills and in the fifth topic, the aspects of expression were discussed. In the sixth topic, I spoke about the general meaning of Surah. This is the most prominent of what was included in the surah.
This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

The study included the collection of samples of raw cow milk to isolate Leuconostoc bacteria, samples were sub cultured on De-Man Rogosa Sharpe-Vancomycin medium, the pure colonies were selected and subjected to the cultural and microscopically tests, according to that 25 cocci bacterial isolates were obtained, then isolates were subjected to biochemical tests. Result of tests showed that 12 isolates belong to the genus Leuconostoc out of 25 cocci bacterial isolates, Vitek2 system was used as a supplementary step. The present work deals with an experimental investigation of charging and discharging processes in thermal storage system using a phase change material PCM. Paraffin wax was used as the PCM which is formed in spherical capsules and packed in a cylindrical packed column which acted as an energy storage system. Air was used as the heat transfer fluid HTF in thermal storage unit. The effect of flow rate and inlet temperature of HTF on the time of charging and discharging process were studied.
