Cases of infringement and its ruling on tort liability among Islamic jurisprudence
...Show More Authors

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of God’s creation, Muhammad bin Abdullah, the illiterate Arab prophet, the faithful, and his family and companions.
And yet ...

The realistic view is that Islamic jurisprudence is not exaggerated in the judgment of compensation, so it is judged for everything that has been lost by the victim of a profit or his loss, but he takes into account the bearing of the guarantee between profit and loss or the principle on which the theory of bearing liability is found, and it is clear through research that Islam The principle of respecting money, souls and rights is considered a public order, but it may exclude some cases that are required by circumstances such as war and discipline of prostitutes and apostates, so destroying the money of others and themselves within the limits required by necessity, and people in all rights and duties whether, there is no difference between a ruler and a convict, so the penalties Criminal applied to Every person, regardless of his characteristic, is a guarantee of the implementation of legal rulings, and a commitment to protect the virtue and morals, and the dignity of the human being. For this reason, I wanted to write about cases of abuse, which is part of the concept of security in Islamic jurisprudence, so I divided the research into two chapters, and I spoke in the first chapter about the definition of abuse and responsibility

 Summary of the research: cases of infringement and its ruling on tort liability between Islamic jurisprudence and Iraqi law ..........

In the second chapter on cases of infringement of tort liability.
Nobody is asked about a civilian, whether the act or criminal, as determining the principle of individual or personal responsibility is a tribute to the person and notifying him of his existence, his uniqueness and his gravity in this life, but this individual in Islam as it is known is not absolute but is bound by the group's various rights required by the interest General, and achieved by the principle of social and economic balance between people.

Finally, I ask God Almighty to grant us all success in favor of saying, and the work is beautiful, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

Generation and Experimental Stress Analysis of Elliptical Gears with Combined Teeth
...Show More Authors

In this study, generation of elliptical gears with different teeth profiles of crowned involute, double circular arc (DCA), and combined (crowned involute with DCA) has been developed. The resulting mathematical equations have been computerized and feed to CNC end mill machine to manufacture elliptical gear models with different profiles. These models are investigated in plane polariscope to show the resulting stresses under certain load. Comparison of photo-elastic stress results shows that combined elliptical gears with DCA side as a loaded side have a minimum resulting contact stress with a reduction percentage of 40% compare with contact stresses in counterpart elliptical gear of involute profile (which is commonly u

Studying Reactivity Relationships of Copolymers N-naphthylacrylamide with (Acrylicacid and Methylacrylate)
...Show More Authors

The organation ⁄monomer N-naphthylacrylamide (NAA) was prepared; subsequently the synthesized monomer was successfully copolymerized with acrylicacid (AA) and methylacrylate (MA) by free radical technique using dry benzene as solvent and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator. The overall conversion was kept low (≤ 10% wt/wt) for all studies copolymers samples. The synthesized monomer and copolymers were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and their thermal properties were studied by DSC and TGA. The copolymers compositions were determined by elemental analysis. Kelen-Tudes and Finmman-Ross graphical procedures were employed to determine the monomers reactivity ratios. The der

OPTIMIZING MEDIA STERILIZATION VIA CHLORINE DIOXIDE AND AUTOCLAVING OF PAULOWNI MICROPROPAGATION
...Show More Authors

This study was aimed to investigat integrated system for in vitro growth of paulownia plants by assessing the efficacy of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) as an alternative to autoclave in sterilizing culture medium. Therefore, this study was devised to compare autoclave sterilization at three different times (5, 10, and 15) minutes and three different concentrations of ClO2 (0, 0.4, 0,8, 1) mg/L. The results showed that, compared with (0.4) mg/L concentration, concentrations of (0.8 and 1) mg/L are more effective at sterilizing the culture medium. ClO2 sterilization improved individual single node growth more than autoclave sterilization. Since ClO2 is non-toxic, it could be used as a safe alternative to autoclave when propagating paulown

Detection and Quantification of Class I Caries with Laser Fluorescence Technique
...Show More Authors

The objective of the present study is to verify the actual carious lesion depth by laser
fluorescence technique using 650 nm CW diode laser in comparison with the histopathological
investigation. Five permanent molar teeth were extracted from adult individuals for different reasons
(tooth impaction, periodontal diseases, and pulp infections); their ages were ranging from 20-25 years
old. Different carious teeth with varying clinical stages of caries progression were examined. An
experimental laser fluorescence set-up was built to perform the work regarding in vitro detection and
quantification of occlusal dental caries and the determination of its actual clinical carious lesion depth by
650 nm CW diode laser (excitat

Isolation and Identification of Local Bactria Produced from Soil-Borne Urease
...Show More Authors
Abstract
The hydrolysis of urea by the enzyme urease is significant for increasing the irroles in human pathogenicity, biocementation, soil fertilizer, and subsequently in soil improvement. This study devoted to the isolation of urease from urea-rich soil samples collected from seven different locations. Isolation of the various bacterial species was conducted using nutrient agar. The identity of isolated urease was based on morphological characteristics and standard microbiological and biochemical procedures. The urease producing strains of bacteria were obtained using the urease hydrolysis test. The bacterial isolates produced from soil samples collected from different environments and treat
... An Investigation Release and Rheological Properties of Miconazole Nitrate from Emulgel
...Show More Authors

In this study miconazole nitrate was formulated as topically applied emulgel; different formulas were prepared using sodium carboxymethylcellulose (SCMC) and carboxypolymethylene (carbomer 941) as gelling agents. The influence of type of gelling agent and concentration of both oil phase and emulsifying agent on drug release was studied and compared with commercially available miconazole nitrate cream (Mecozalen®). The results of in vitro release showed that SCMC emulgel bases gave better release than carbomer 941 bases and the release of drug increase from both bases as a function of increasing the concentration of emulisifying agent. The oil phase had retardation effect when

The propaganda discourse is the most widely circulated in the media and communication studies, where the interest of scholars and researchers in this field has become clear in the analysis and interpretation of the content of this discourse, to identify the intentions, purposes and objectives of the communicator activity, which exceeded the borders of states in the heated atmosphere of rivalries and political conflicts that characterize The countries of the world as a whole and for many years.

In particular, the economically and militarily developed countries (the Nordic capitalist countries) have exerted special efforts in the production of information and ideas, using advanced methods and means in all details of communication w

Mathematical Model of Amplified Stimulated Raman Scattering and Fiber Raman Amplifier
...Show More Authors

The result of a developed mathematical model for predicting the design
parameters of the fiber Raman amplifier (FRA) are demonstrated. The amplification
parameters are tested at different pump power with different fiber length. Recently,
the FRA employed in optical communication system to increase the repeater distance
as will as the capacity of the communication systems. The output results show, that
high Raman gain can be achieved by high pumping power, long effective area that
need to be small for high Raman gain. High-stimulated Raman gain coefficient is
recommended for high Raman amplifier gain, the low attenuation of the pump and the
transmitted signal in the fiber lead to high Raman gain.
