Harm, therefore, the Islamic Sharia included great rulings that achieve humanity's interests and safeguard the necessities of its life that does not establish life except with it, and are based on justice, fairness, protection of souls and prevention of criminality, all in order to achieve the greater interest of the human being which is the goal of the provisions and the primary purpose of its legislation, and among those Judgments and Legislations Provisions related to the payment of the subject, which I have called here (Special Sharia Defense in Islamic Jurisprudence), and our last prayer is that praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds
