This research –paper tack les some of matters relating to marriageability of the young man who has not attained discretion. the aim of this study is to highlight the religious precepts concerned. the religious missive to this effect reads; ''all praise be to Allah ,lord of the world ;I witness that there is no god but Allah, the sole and only, to him all creation is attributed. He taught man with pen, and all that he does not know, so exalted is he, and I witness that Mohammed is his servant and messenger, the master of all messengers and the seal of all prophets who was entrusted with a message of march to all mankind. "this missive is a reply and explanation to all the religious teachings pursuant to the young man who is still below the age of discretion. This explanation and investigation is conducted on the basis of the doctrine of imam Ahmed ibn hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him). The introductory part sheds light on the importance of this topic, and as for the analytic and investigative approach, it deals with the precepts of the young man of consent as far as marriage is concerned. it also reveals some aspects of biography of the author abdelrrahman ibn Abdullah al-najdi. moreover, it sheds light on the life of the copyist mohammed al –laithi ibn yusuf ibn hasan –the manuscript has been explored and verified and this is not an easy task .all that has been done is corroborated and attested with verses from the holy qur'an and the sacred precepteds and teachings by the prophet. Biodegradation is utilizing microorganisms to degrade materials into products that are safe for the
environment, such as carbon dioxide, water, and biomass. The current study aims to isolate and characterize
bacteria with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) degradation ability isolated from Shatt al-Arab water and
sewage from Basra, the bacteria were identified as Klebsiella pneumonia. According to the findings, the
isolates showed a highly significant difference in degradation of PET (24% during 7 days) and the percent of
degradation increased to 46% at 4 weeks compared to the control. The study also involved determining the
optimum temperature of K. pneumonia growth, which was 37°C, while the preferred
