Sharif Mohieddin Haider worked on composing of musical compositions for the Oud different from the traditional forms known as (Peşrev, Sama'i, Longa… etc.), but they are not clear in building their musical form. This study tackles this issue by revealing the structure of the building of the musical form of these Musical compositions.

        The importance of this research lies in that it provides an academic scientific study on the important subject of Musical composition forms and the way of constructing them. It helps players and students in the study of Arab music, if they want to write according to their musical form.

The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The findings showed that the main types of the claims are extra work claims, different site condition claims, delay claims and the main causes of the claims are variation of the orders, design errors and omission, delay in payments by owner, variation in quantities and scheduling errors. The present study has examined the spatiotemporal varieties of the demographics of the Shatt Al-Arab River fishes and their relation to some ecological components. The aim is to forecast these groups in the unexplored parts of the waterway with an emphasis on environmental indices of diversity.
