The study was carried out to investigate MLS and vancomycin resistance phenotypes in S.aureus isolated from different clinical samples .A total of 40 of S.aureus isolated from Baghdad hospitals from different clinical samples such as blood , urin, sputum ,skin and ear swabs used to identified MLS and vancomycin resistance phenotypes.The susceptibility pattern showed that 3 islolates (7.5) % constitutive resistance to erythromycin ,clindamycin and streptogramins (cMLS) while 9 isolates (22.5)% gave inducible resistance to erythromycin ,clindamycin and streptogramins (iMLS) , 10 isolates (25)% showed resistance to erythromycin and sensitive to clindamycin (M phenotype) and 18 isolates (45)% of S.aureus isolates had resistance phenotype to

 New simple and sensitive spectrophotometric methods for the determination of paracetamol in aqueous medium were developed. The first method is based on coupling of paracetamol with p-amino-2-hydroxy sodium benzoate (AHB) in the presence of sodium periodate, as oxidizing agent, to form a brownish-orange compound which shows a λmax at 470 nm. Denture cleansing is an essential step that can stop cross‑contamination and adds to the health of the patient, denture durability, and the general quality of life. A disinfection technique must be practical and devoid of damaging effects on the material's properties used to construct the denture base. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of three concentrations of electrolyzed water denture cleanser on heat cure acrylic and polyamide after immersion in electrolyzed water. The evaluation is based on their efficacy on surface hardness, wettability, and color stability compared with one submerged in distilled water as a control group. The removal of congo red (CR) is a critical issue in contemporary textile industry wastewater treatment. The current study introduces a combined electrochemical process of electrocoagulation (EC) and electro-oxidation (EO) to address the elimination of this dye. Moreover, it discusses the formation of a triple composite of Co, Mn, and Ni oxides by depositing fixed salt ratios (1:1:1) of these oxides in an electrolysis cell at a constant current density of 25 mA/cm2. Hepatitis C virus ( HCV) is a significant global health threat that is responsible for approximately 170 million chronic infections worldwide. A feasible research was conducted to provide more understanding of viral load, effectiveness of Harvoni drug on virus concentration, and distribution of virus genotypes in Iraqi patients. Ninety eight HCV cases were investigated in this research , including 52 untreated, with an average age ± SE of 45.26 ± 2.97 years, and 46 treated with Harvoni therapy, with an average age of 39.30 ± 3.90 years.
