This study deals with seismic structural and stratigraphic interpretation that applied on the East Razzaza (central of Iraq) area, by using 2D seismic data from Oil Exploration Company. Three main seismic reflectors are picked. These reflectors are Zubair, Yamama and Gotnia Formations, which were defined by using petrophysical well logs and synthetic traces that calculated from sonic- logs of the wells East Baghdad-1(Eb-1) and West kifl-1(Wk-1) using Geoframe program, to suggest a stratigraphic model for them. Structural maps of formations are prepared to obtain the location and direction of the sedimentary basin and shoreline. The ground state charge, neutron, proton and matter densities, the associated nuclear radii and the binding energy per nucleon of 8B, 17Ne, 23Al and 27P halo nuclei have been investigated using the Skyrme–Hartree–Fock (SHF) model with the new SKxs25 parameters. According to the calculated results, it is found that the SHF model with these Skyrme parameters provides a good description on the nuclear structure of above proton-rich halo nuclei.       In this paper, we extend the work of our proplem in uniformly convex Banach spaces using Kirk fixed point theorem. Thus the existence and sufficient conditions for the controllability to general formulation of nonlinear boundary control problems in reflexive Banach spaces are introduced. The results are obtained by using fixed point theorem that deals with nonexpanisive mapping defined on a set has normal structure and strongly continuous semigroup theory. An application is given to illustrate the  importance of the results.

Objective: To measure the effect of the pharmacist-led medication reconciliation service before hospital discharge on preventing potential medication errors. Methods: This behavioral interventional study took place in a public teaching hospital in Iraq between December 2022 and January 2023. It included inpatients who were taking four or more medications upon discharge from the internal medicine ward and the cardiac care unit.
