Most of the texts of Islamic law provide for the payment of damage and the denial of the human ... Damage of all kinds of material and moral, which is in the harm that affects the human being in himself or his offer or money or other affairs respected by Sharia. A person can defend himself, his mind, his religion, his offer and his money (the five imperatives) as much as he can. Islam rejects violence directed without a legitimate right and does not endorse aggression against others. Violence has been defined in language as a lack of compassion or against it or is a reprimand, bashing, and the blame ... It is in psychology: human behavior tainted by cruelty, oppression, and aggression, and is defined politically: it is deliberate civil disobedience to the law for religious, moral or political reasons. The provisions of Islam call for brotherhood and compassion and the use of the good word in persuasion with others without resorting to force, except in special cases almost the last in the record of sanctions as it is said: the last ironing treatment.

The words in the Holy Qur’an are distinguished by the
accuracy of expression, their elegance, the lightness of their
performance, the harmony of their timbre, as well as the ease of
their pronunciation. We find the coarse words in which the
movement of sounds and the hesitation of the soul are mixed, as
it was distinguished by the abundance of its words indicating the
same meaning without a phenomenon that the reader or the
listener notices
Islamic civilization derived its religious law from Quran and sunnah which took care of human as a benefit person in life and how it treat with it , and because the civilization takes care of human , it would take also in his health , manners ,body and this is the aim of Islamic civilization ,all religious emphasize on Islamic laws and on helping poor people or weakness one.

The study aimed to show the concept and importance of accounting Conservatism, Persistence and volatility of earnings of companies listed in the Iraqi market for securities have been selected 35 companies for the period between 2013 to 2107 used the scale of book value to market value to measure the Conservatism while the current profit regression model was used to measure future profits Eviews 9 was used for the purpose of testing the two hypotheses. The results of the study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between accounting Conservatism and Persistence of earnings. The relationship is inverse with no statistically significant relationship between Conservatism and earnings volatility.
