The research aims to shed light on the obstacles that hinder the use of taxpayers' commercial books covered by provisions of the amended commercial book-keeping system No. 2 of 1985 and ways to address these obstacles. On this basis, the main null hypothesis was formulated that there is no statistically significant relationship between the obstacles to the adoption of the commercial books and taxable income.

A total of 437 individuals of Turbellarin Platyhelminthes were sorted from benthic samples collected monthly for a period of seven months( April to November 2013 ) from AL-Dalmage lake, a part of middle section for main outfall drain south of Baghdad. In this paper tri-component or ternary, blends of gasoline, ethanol, and methanol presented as an alternative fuel for Iraqi conventional gasoline. The study conducted by using GEM blend that equals E85 blend in octane rating. The used GEM selected from Turner, 2010 collection. G37 E20 M43 (37% gasoline + 20% ethanol+ 43% methanol) was chosen as GEM in present study.
