I was invited to deliver a research paper on orphan care at the Center for Psychological and Educational Research. So I sought help from God Almighty and began writing a research in which I explained the meaning of the orphan, his condition, and the Holy Qur’an’s care for him. Therefore, I intended for the title of my humble research to be (Caring for the Orphan in the Islamic Perspective), since the papers were mixed up in the time of accidents, disasters, and deadly weapons, all of which reap men more than what we suffer. In this wounded country of ours, with civil wars, sectarianism, and insecurity, research began to solve the problem of orphans at a time when society had become an orphan with no shepherd. When I addressed this topic, another issue came to mind, which is the issue of widows, and it is an issue that is inseparable from the issue of orphans. So how can we We address the problem of the orphan and leave his mother. Therefore, the topic of the research became broader, as I made a special chapter for widows in which I discussed some of the solutions that society can apply in the reality of its life to eliminate this deep problem. I divided my research into two chapters, preceded by this introduction and followed by a conclusion in which I recorded the summary of the research. The most important results I reached.
In the first chapter, I discussed the meaning of the orphan in language and terminology, and the interest of the Holy Qur’an on the subject of the orphan, and the virtue of caring for the orphan. In the second chapter, I discussed the meaning of the widow in language and terminology and her need for care and care. Then I began to solve the problem of the increasing number of widows in society today, and how we can address this major problem. All members of society must cooperate to eliminate this problem until this ordeal is overcome.
Then, at the conclusion of the research, I discussed the most important results and recommendations that I came up with, and I ask God Almighty to grant me success in this humble research of mine and to make it sincere for His honorable face. He is the best Lord and the best Helper.
A field study aimed to improve administrative performance of the Heads of Departments in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions, a questionnaire constructed was c of 38 items, as have been applied during the academic year 2014/2015 to a group of experts from the deans and assistants, professors and heads of departments using the Delphi method by two rounds the adoption rate of 90% and an agreement was numbered 30 experts and study reached important results have been analyzed and discussed according to fields of study, a planning, organization and direction.

This study aims at examining the effectiveness of using the narrative approach in teaching the Interpretation of the Qur'an course in the development of conceptual comprehension among first-grade middle school female students. To achieve the objective of this study, a quantitative quasi-experimental design has been used. The sample consisted of first-grade middle school female students at "the third middle school" in Buraidah city, as this school suits the objective of the study. The study seeks to analyze the perceptions of audience in UAE towards the performance of Emirates Satellite TV Channels. It analyzed the exposure motivations of audience to satellite TV channels, its positive and negative aspects and to what extent they abide by media ethics. A survey is conducted with a sample of four hundred. This research focuses on what Imam Al-Bukhari summarized in his Sahih illusion of the narrator in his attribution, or uniqueness of the narrator, or to suggest a novel. We find that Bukhari sometimes abbreviates the hadeeth, and does not bring it out completely in his Sahih. He is satisfied with the abbreviated position but has done so because of a bug in it. The Bukhari usually does not declare his intention but knows this through tracking, inspection, and research of the correct hadiths.
