Because people debated such matters between extremists and lenient ones, most of whom were extremists, and they did not reach a conclusion. So I decided to research the issue in a scientific research without deception or inclination to a particular sect or sect. Rather, I derived help and knowledge from God, the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the scholars of the righteous predecessors... We ask God for well-being in our religion. Our world and our afterlife, and we seek refuge in You, O God, from discord, hypocrisy, reputation, and hypocrisy. The research aims to identify decent work and its impact in enhancing job immersion. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to analyze the sample responses of (81) workers to represent an estimated response rate of (88 per cent) out of the total population of (92) individuals. The research adopted descriptive-analytical approach, and reliability calculation, arithmetic means standard deviations, relative importance, and regression analysis adopted on SPSS v.25. The experimental method adapted three groups out of three schools were chosen, two groups of the students where applied the computer method.
