Bibliography of books (jurisprudence) available in the References Department of the Central Library at Al-Mustansiriya University)
...Show More Authors

The research included making a bibliography of the jurisprudential books available in the reference section of the central library at the University of Al-Mustansiriya. From this research, and I also saw that one of its objectives was to classify these books scientifically according to what was included in the Contemporary Islamic Fiqh Library of sections that were classified on its basis, according to what has settled in the custom of contemporary jurists, and according to the researcher’s view and his humble diligence, so the research was organized into an introduction and three topics. Each topic contained approximately five demands that included the sections of the contemporary jurisprudential library, and included in each section what is organized under it from those jurisprudential books available in the references section of the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University and in a bibliographic way in mentioning the information of each book of them, for example a section (Jurisprudential books, explanations and footnotes) under which the jurisprudential books, jurisprudential explanations and jurisprudential footnotes available in the references section were included, or for example the section (Comparative Jurisprudence) under which the comparative jurisprudence books available in the references section were listed, and the section (Tabaqat al-Fuqahaa) under which the available layers books were included in the references section.. And so the rest of the famous sections among the jurists. Through the research, some results were revealed, the most important of which were: 1- The number of jurisprudential books that I found in the reference section of the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University was forty-eight jurisprudential books.. 3- The reference section in the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University contained books that represent most, if not all, sections of the Islamic jurisprudence library. Comparative. 5 The reference section in the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University is missing books on Ibadhi jurisprudence (Ibadhi jurisprudence). 6- Only one book of Zaydi jurisprudence was available in the references section of the Central Library at Al-Mustansiriya University. 7- The scarcity of books in many sections of the jurisprudential library in the references section of the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University is in dire need of adding books to meet the needs of students and researchers.. 8- A decrease in the number of volumes for a single book, as there may be one volume available in the References section, while the book consists of four volumes. Hanafi translations), and there is a shortage in volumes of not a few books in the References section other than what came for example above.

Equilibrium, kinetic, and thermodynamic biosorption of Pb(II), Cr(III), and Cd(II) ions by dead anaerobic biomass from synthetic wastewater
...Show More Authors

Purpose Heavy metals are toxic pollutants released into the environment as a result of different industrial activities. Biosorption of heavy metals from aqueous solutions is a new technology for the treatment of industrial wastewater. The aim of the present research is to highlight the basic biosorption theory to heavy metal removal. Materials and methods Heterogeneous cultures mostly dried anaerobic bacteria, yeast (fungi), and protozoa were used as low-cost material to remove metallic cations Pb(II), Cr(III), and Cd(II) from synthetic wastewater. Competitive biosorption of these metals was studied. Results The main biosorption mechanisms were complexation and physical adsorption onto natural active functional groups. It is observed that

Modeling and optimization of biodiesel from high free‐fatty‐acid chicken fat by non‐catalytic esterification and mussel‐shell‐catalyzed transesterification
...Show More Authors
Abstract
<title>BACKGROUND

In this study, biodiesel was prepared from chicken fat via a transesterification reaction using Mussel shells as a catalyst. Pretreatment of chicken fat was carried out using non‐catalytic esterification to reduce the free fatty acid content from 36.28 to 0.96 mg KOH/g oil using an ethanol/ fat mole ratio equal to 115:1. In the transesterification reaction, the studied variables were methanol: oil mole ratio in the range of (6:1 ‐ 30:1), catalyst loading in the range of (9‐15) wt%, reaction temperature (55‐75 °C), and reaction time (1‐7) h. The heterogeneous alkaline catalyst was greenly synthesized from waste mussel shells throughout a calcin

Hierarchical Multi-Stage Intrusion Detection with Feature Inheritance and Prediction Verification
...Show More Authors

One of the challenges faced by traditional intrusion detection systems based on machine learning or deep learning is instability when dealing with unbalanced network traffic, leading to failure in detecting certain attacks (minority classifications). Additionally, they struggle with multi-stage attacks, resulting in an increase in false alarms. This paper presents a hierarchical intrusion detection system supported by a Prediction Verification Layer (PVL) and a Feature Inheritance Mechanism (FIM). Where PVL contributes to documenting the system’s final decision and increasing sensitivity to minority attacks, FIM also helps in inheriting features from previous layers and correcting errors as much as possible. Additionally, it allows for ad

Facial Emotion Images Recognition Based On Binarized Genetic Algorithm-Random Forest
...Show More Authors

Most recognition system of human facial emotions are assessed solely on accuracy, even if other performance criteria are also thought to be important in the evaluation process such as sensitivity, precision, F-measure, and G-mean. Moreover, the most common problem that must be resolved in face emotion recognition systems is the feature extraction methods, which is comparable to traditional manual feature extraction methods. This traditional method is not able to extract features efficiently. In other words, there are redundant amount of features which are considered not significant, which affect the classification performance. In this work, a new system to recognize human facial emotions from images is proposed. The HOG (Histograms of Or

The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community. Finally the researchers recommended using these scales by workers in youth and sport forums and involving administration mangers in periodical training courses
