Scientists have delved too much into reality and metaphor, and perhaps a topic of Arabic rhetoric has not received the attention and care of scholars as much as the topic of truth and metaphor. The metaphor opens wide horizons of expression in front of the writer so that he has several means by which he can express the one experience, so his imagination takes off depicting the intelligible as tangible, the seen as audible, and the audible as seen. The research includes the synthesis and identification of the mixed ligands complexes of M(II) Ions in general composition [M(Lyn)2(phen)] Where L- lysine (C6H14N2O2) commonly abbreviated (LynH) as a primary ligand and 1,10-phenanthroline(C12H8N2) commonly abbreviated as "phen," as a secondary ligand . The ligands and the metal chlorides were brought in to reaction at room temperature in ethanol as solvent. ... Show MoreThis study aimed to extract, purify, and characterize the protease of local Okra Abelmoschus esculentus pods. The extraction process was conducted using ten extraction solutions with different pH and ionic strength values. Phosphate buffer solution with (pH 7, 0.05M, containing 2% sodium chloride) gave the highest activity which was (7.2 Unit/ml) as compared to other solutions, which ranged from 0.8-5.9 Unit/ml. The extracted enzyme purified by several stages.
