There are great figures in our nation, who are famous for their encyclopedia in their sciences, and their fame spreads across the horizons for what they presented to their religion and nation.
So they became torches of guidance, advocates of goodness, and treasuries of knowledge until God inherits the earth and those on it.
Among these imams is Imam al-Qurtubi, who died in the year (671 AH), after whom he left a great legacy of valuable books, including this one, which is the subject of my research, his valuable interpretation (Al-Jami’ Li Ahkam Al-Qur’an). Given a binary matrix, finding the maximum set of columns such that the resulting submatrix has the Consecutive Ones Property (C1P) is called the Consecutive Ones Submatrix (C1S) problem. There are solution approaches for it, but there is also a room for improvement. Moreover, most of the studies of the problem use exact solution methods. We propose an evolutionary approach to solve the problem. We also suggest a related problem to C1S, which is the Consecutive Blocks Minimization (CBM). The algorithm is then performed on real-world and randomly generated matrices of the set covering type.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of an elastic wall on the peristaltic flow of Williamson fluid between two concentric cylinders, where the inner tube is cylindrical with an inelastic wall and the outer wall is a regular elastic sine wave. For this problem, cylindrical coordinates are used with a short wavelength relative to channel width for its length, as well as the governing equations of Williamson fluid in the Navier-Stokes equations. The purpose of this study is to calculate the effect of the elastic wall of a hollow channel of Jeffrey's fluid by peristaltic flow through two concentric cylinders. The inside tube is cylindrical and the outside is a regular elastic wall in the shape of a sine wave. Using the cylindrical coordinates and assuming a very short wavelength relative to the width of the channel to its length and using governing equations for Jeffrey’s fluid in Navier-Stokes equations, the results of the problem are obtained. Through the Mathematica program these results are analysed.
