The moon tree, the lover of the night, cholera, the sea changes its colors are poetic products left by the pioneer of free poetry, as many have called her. She used to write poetry and publish it in magazines and newspapers until she published it with collections that came into existence from an early age. Several factors helped her in that that contributed to the formation of her personality and the maturity of her talent, including factors Family, including environmental, and psychological, until she later became the focus of attention of many, so she became taught in the universities of London, and students stood by her method of writing free poetry, this poetic color that Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab participated in pioneering. Whoever examines the life of this poet and her achievements finds that every part of her life evaluates research and letters, and every house she has has a lot of ambiguity and creativity, which makes you stand there a lot to meditate on it and dive into its meanings and try to extract the rhetorical arts from it and wonder how a poet at an early age had this ability to choose words. Eloquent to this extent, and how can you weave it, but you go back and say talent and the poet's family are the two main poles in its formation, in addition to its culture and study, which enabled it to impart Arab landmarks colored by the Western character and renewal. And al-Sayyab explained by saying: (The two poets - meaning Nazek and al-Sayyab - tried to renew the content of Arabic poetry and followed the general form of the poem on the path of immigrant literature and American literature in particular. Badr was deeply impressed by English and American literature, and he admired the American poet TS Eliot. .......... As for Nazik, she is authentic in her Arab culture and in her understanding of Arabic literature. It was clear, and it followed a well-marked path (( ), as for its pioneering of free poetry, it had another opinion, it was mentioned that this poetry has roots dating back to the year 1911 AD, in what was published in magazines and newspapers, and that Nazik and Al-Siyab re-try and renew () although they are in many Interviews It was confirmed that she is the pioneer of free poetry, from that an interview that Dr. Mahmoud Muhammad al-Habib conducted with her and was published in the Journal of Arts when he asked her by saying: (There was a lot of controversy about the first poem that was composed in free poetry. It was said that the late Badr Shakir al-Sayyab preceded you in that in his poem “Was it Love” in his collection “Withered Flowers” (1947), while you insist that you preceded him chronologically in your poem “Cholera” which was published by Al-Oruba magazine on 1/12/1947.. .......... - She replied - ....... The important thing is that my poem was published before his poem, and I did not have any knowledge of Badr Shakir al-Sayyab - may God have mercy on him - at that time, so he did not look at my poem when he composed his poem Nor did I read his poem when I compiled mine, but each of us started separately. The two poems (Cholera) and (Was it Love) differ from one another in weight, theme, form, and language...) () We note from her answer that she insists and is proud that she is the pioneer of poetry Al-Hur, with her poem Cholera, was agreed by many.
Quantitative real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR) has become a valuable molecular technique in biomedical research. The selection of suitable endogenous reference genes is necessary for normalization of target gene expression in RT-qPCR experiments. The aim of this study was to determine the suitability of each 18S rRNA and ACTB as internal control genes for normalization of RT-qPCR data in some human cell lines transfected with small interfering RNA (siRNA). Four cancer cell lines including MCF-7, T47D, MDA-MB-231 and Hela cells along with HEK293 representing an embryonic cell line were depleted of E2F6 using siRNA specific for E2F6 compared to negative control cells, which were transfected with siRNA not specific for any gene. The Boltzmann distribution of these branches has a maximum values at equal J approximately while the values of relative population are different. For the B1Σ+- X1Σ+ transition the branch's lines extend towards lower wavenumber. This is because (Bv'-Bv") value is negative, i.e Bv'< Bv" For B1Σ+-A1Π

Show MoreA simple, economical and selective method employing ion pair dispersive liquid−liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with spectrophotometric determination of carbamazepine (CBZ) in pharmaceutical preparations and biological samples was developed. The method is based on reduction of Mo(VI) to Mo(V) using a combination of ammonium thiocyanate and ascorbic acid in acidic medium to form a red binary Mo(V) thiocyanate complex. After addition of CBZ to the complex, extraction of the formed CBZ−Mo(V)−(SCN)6 was performed using a mixture of methylene chloride and methanol. Then, the measurement of target complex was performed at the wavelength of 470 nm. The important extraction parameters affecting the efficiency of DLLME were studied and o

Methodology: A descriptive study design was conducted at (18) primary health care centers in first of the primary
health care sector of Alhawija District in Kirkuk Governorate. This study started from September 2010 to the end of
January 2011, in order to identify the level of nurses' knowledge toward signs of gross motor delay for children in

(frequencies) of the structure are examined, stiffness as well as mass matrices of the curved
(in and out-of-plane vibration) beam elements is formulated using Hamilton's principle. Each node
of both of them possesses seven degrees of freedom including the warping degree of freedom. The
curved beam element had been derived based on the Kang and Yoo’s thin-walled curved beam theory
in 1994. A computer program was developing to carry out free vibration analyses of the curved

The aim of this study is to screen the phytochemicals found in Populus euphratica leaves since this type of trees are used traditionally by many villagers as treatment for eczema and other skin disease and also this plant is poorly investigated for their phytochemicals especially in Iraq. Phytochemical screening of the extracts obtained from the n-hexane and chloroform fraction of leaves of Populus euphratica was done by Thin-layer chromatography and various spraying reagents to test if alkaloids, sterols and other compounds are present. UPLC-electrospray ionization –tandem mass spectroscopy along with GC-MS and HPTLC are used to identify the phytochemicals present in the plant leaves.UPLC-ESI-MS/MS method 20 compound

A visible color change from yellow to dark smoky indicated the formation of AgNPs, while UV-visible spectrophotometry revealed an absorbance peak at 437 nm, confirming their presence. Atomic force microscopy analysis showed that the AgNPs ranged from 0 to 39.27 nm in size, with an average height of 5.772 nm, while scanning electron microscopy highlighted their diverse surface morphology. The application of AgNPs and mycorrhizal fungi significantly improved tomato seed germination rates, plant height, and dry weight compared to untreate

A multiwavelength mode-locked pulses fiber laser are generated from Ytterbium–doped fiber laser (YDFL) due to the combined action of high nonlinear absorption and high refractive coefficients of Fe2O3-SiO2 nanocomposite incorporated inside YDFL ring cavity. Up to more than 20 lasing lines in the 1040–1070 nm band with an equally lines separation of ~0.6 nm have been observed by just simple variation of passive modulation of the state of the polarization and the pump power altogether. Moreover, a passively mode-locked operation of YDFL laser

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the capability of standalone (LiDAR and aerial photogrammetry) and integration/fusion remote sensing approaches in improving the prospecting and interpretation of archaeological remains in Cahokia’s Grand Plaza. Cahokia Mounds is an ancient area; it was the largest settlement of the Mississippian culture located in southwestern Illinois, USA. There are a limited number of studies combining LiDAR and aerial photogrammetry to extract archaeological features.
