I often read in Islamic jurisprudence in all chapters as much as possible from divine success, time and health, and everything I read in any of the chapters of jurisprudence, I see divine light, eternal wisdom, and a constitution that does not accept error and alteration, as I looked at the great jurisprudential treasures and this enormous wealth, A person finds in himself helplessness in front of this law, how clear, easy, and accurate it is, and it contains permanent good for man, as it is a religion of mercy, benevolence, and goodness, and among these chapters of jurisprudence is the jurisprudence of the commandment. Of the reasons, in the will, the person has had the opportunity to make up for what he missed of doing good that a person has always forgotten because of fun, love of the world, forgetting death and affliction, and not considering the events of time from changing from grace to curse to the last of what is in the affairs of the mortal world of exchange and change, so I wanted If I scoop from the wellspring of this sweet spring from the doors of Islamic jurisprudence, I will be among those whom God wants good for, as He says in the honorable hadith (whoever God wants good for, He gives him understanding in religion).
The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of treatment with 4 different concentrations (0.25, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 %) of Sodium deoxycholate (SDC) on the vaccinal virus (La Sota) using inoculation in the fragments of Chorioallantoic membrane. In this study, phytoplankton density, chlorophyll-a, and selected physico- chemical parameters were investigated in Erbil wastewater channel. The surveys were carried out monthly from May 2003 to April 2004. Samplings were established on three sites from headwaters to the mouth. The results showed that pH was in alkaline side of neutrality, with significant differences (P<0.05) between sites 1 and 3. TSS concentration decreased from site 1 toward site 2 (mean value, 80.15 to 25.79 mg.l-1). The research was performed in order to investigate the prevalence of Eimeria spp in buffalo. Coccidiosis, is a common livestock disease include water buffaloes and nothing is known about the most pathogenic species of Eimeria. Since the highest prevalence of oocyst shedding and incidence of disease occurs in buffalo calves less than one year of age. The omnipresent occurrence and negative effects of the infection on health and buffalo growth output are taken into account. Therefore, both farmers and veterinarians should pay greater attention to infections with Eimeria spp. And there is little analysis of data reported in Iraq and the world regarding Eimeria infection in river buffalo spp.
An expression for the transition charge density is investigated where the deformation in nuclear collective modes is taken into consideration besides the shell model transition density. The inelastic longitudinal form factors C2 calculated using this transition charge density with excitation of the levels for Cr54,52,50 nuclei.
