In order to find out the opinions of the jurists and their evidence regarding the return of a gift and its impediments, we will divide the subject into two sections. In the opinion of Islamic jurisprudence, especially Hanafi jurisprudence, through the Ottoman Journal of Judicial Rulings, and this research is derived from a master's thesis tagged with the provisions of the gift in Islamic jurisprudence by the student Hussein Ahmed Ali Al-Najdi submitted to the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad under my supervision in the year 1420 AH - 1999 AD, and I got the degree of excellence.
The current research illustrates experimentally the effect of series and parallel connection (Z-I Configurations) of flat plate water solar collectors array on the thermal performance of closed loop solar heating system. The study includes the effect of changing the water flow rate on the thermal efficiency. Samarium(III) ions react with (l-2(2-benzoinidazolyl-azo)-2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid in basic medium (pH = 8.0) forms a red-orange complex at A.max (550nm). The complex was found to be stable for at least 48 hrs. at the given pH. The apparent molar absorptivity is 7776.77 L.mol-1.Cm-1 and a linear calibration curve is obtained in the range (0.639x 10-5M - 6.350x 10 -5M). The stoichiometry of complex was confirmed by using mole ratio method which indicated that ratio of reagent to metal is 3:1.
