This is a brief research in which I tried to briefly explain the care that the Holy Qur’an received during the era of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and all of his honorable companions, may God bless him and grant him peace. I made this research in an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter I made it entitled: About the Holy Qur’an, in which I talked about general investigations about the Holy Qur’an, such as the definition of the Holy Qur’an and the difference between it and the hadith Qudsi and the hadith of the Prophet, then I mentioned a part of the virtues of the Holy Qur’an in general and the virtues of some surahs in particular, and the impact Recitation of the Holy Qur’an to the individual and the group, and I also talked about the writers of the Holy Qur’an and its readers among the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
As for the second chapter, I made it about the care of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, about the Holy Qur’an, and in it I showed the intensity of his interest, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the Qur’an, for example, his eagerness to receive the Qur’an from revelation, and his command to memorize the Qur’an and preserve it from forgetting, and his command to improve the voice by reading the Qur’an, and other topics that indicate his care .
The present study included the microscopic and molecular identification of Entamoeba histolytica by using specific primers to detect four virulence factors possessed by Entamoeba histolytica. Virulence factors included Active Cysteine proteinase, Galactose/N-acetyl-D-galactose-lectin, Amoeba pore C and Phospholipase. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) were synthesized from Pseudomonas aeruginosa which producing Pyocyanin pigment as a reducing agent to form it. The free piston engine linear generator (FPELG) is a simple engine structure with few components, making it a promising power generation system. However, because the engine works without a crankshaft, the handling of the piston motion control (PMC) is the main challenge influencing the stability and performance of FPELGs. Results showed that the optimum conditions for production of inulunase from isolate Kluyveromyces marxianus AY2 by submerged culture could be achieved by using inulin as carbon source at a concentration of 2% with mixture of yeast extract and ammonium sulphate in a ratio of 1:1 in a concentration of 1% at initial pH 5.5 after incubation for 42 hours at 30ºC.
Aphid Aphis spp (Hemiptera:Aphididae) and Thrips Thrips spp (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) an economically important pests on several crops in the world and Iraq, that transfer many viruses diseases to it. Field studies were conducted to assessment the population density of these insects and susceptibility of six varieties (Barin, Revera, Divela, Rudlph, Alazata and Pleny) to infestation during 2013 spring season. The results were showed that all Potato varieties were infested by Aphis and Thrips on spring plantation but with different percentage.
