Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence. The study sample consisted of (337) teachers representing 52% of the study sample were randomly selected. The study result showed that level of the emotional intelligence is high and the motivation dimension is the highest. This research has targeted a prototype for the continuous development correction of the educational programs based on analyzing (61) evaluation studies through the correction study standard that prepared by the researcher, then she found indicators that approved by applying (Delphy) method.
The research aim has achieved through preparing a prototype which consists of four stages; they are:
1. Correcting the educational program framework
2. Correcting the educational program plan
3. Correcting the implementing processes of the educational program
4. Correcting the educational program outputs.
It has been developed some recommendations and proposals.

In the current study, a direct method was used to create a new series of charge-transfer complexes of chemicals. In a good yield, new charge-transfer complexes were produced when different quinones reacted with acetonitrile as solvent in a 1:1 mole ratio with N-phenyl-3,4-selenadiazo benzophenone imine. This work involves separating and studying the aminoacylase-1 (ACY1) of amniotic fluid from healthy pregnant, mainly one peak with higher activity has been isolated by DEAE-Cellulose ion exchange from the proteinous supernatant produced by deposition of proteins using ammonium sulfate  (65%) after dialysis.
