Directing Grammarians for Grammatical Dispute To Interpret and Explain the fourth part of the Holy Qur’an
...Show More Authors

Abstract

The miraculous of al-Quran has been surrounded by the attention of scholars, as it is the one that has astonished the rhetoricians with its eloquence. So , they paid attention to every part of it  and hugely they studied it with accuracy in respect to its Surah  ad Ayahs.   It is considered the most important source from which Arab scholars and early grammarians drew, given their unanimity that it is the highest degree of eloquence and the best record of the common literary language.

Among these sciences is the science of Grammar, and without Qur’an, this science would not have emerged, which later had control over every science of Arabic science and literature. As Arab scholars’ interest in parsing began, so, they began to put signs of parsing, that were in form of dots placed on or under the letters, and then it became later known as grammar and as the Arabs’ sense of syntax and their respect for it urged them to exact the last words in the Holy Qur’an with dots when writing it. The grammarians’ practice for this  led them to uncover signs of parsing.

The parsing is considered one of the most important elements in the Arabic language, rather it is one of most prominent features. “It came in ancient history that the Babylonian language endowed with parsing signs , as the Arabic language spent more than two thousand years  is still alive in government records, and the first thing it lost was the signs of parsing . We cannot deny pre-Islamic poems whose most prominent elements were signs of parsing. So the scholars turned to parsing and dealt with  it  based on rules.

After getting mixing with encyclopedias, people became having  a language of communication having no signs of parring , which prompted the scholars of Arabic to adhere to the rules of Arabic grammar, including signs of parsing and not to violate them. Here  we find Sheikh Abd al-Qaher - in this regard he says: I know that the system is nothing unless putting your  words in the system  “the science of grammar” based on  laws and principles, knowing the  methods and never deviate from such rules  and preserve the drawings that have been drawn for you, so do not deviate from anything of them. Al-Jahidh indicated prevailing melody among people and urged the novelists to hear  talks of eloquent scholars, because - as he says - there is no speech on earth that is more pleasant or more elegant, or more closely connected to sound intellects, nor is the tongue more slender, nor is it more evaluative to elucidate than the listening to the talks of eloquent scholars.

From Personal Issues to National Concerns: A Study in E.M Forster’s Where Angels Fear to Tread & Howards End
...Show More Authors

E.M. Forster (1879-1970) is one of the important novelists who dealt with the personal and social lives of the people in England during the early beginning of the twentieth century. During his literary career, he developed gradually his views about man and his position in society.

In his first novel, Where Angels Fear to Tread (1902), the focus is laid on local and personal issues in the lives of the characters. It is limited to the relations between neighbours in small communities. Though the setting is shifted to Italy, Forster does not make full use of this shift to present cultural or racial conflicts; rather he limits his plot to the private tr

Experimental Study to the Effect of Natural Particles Added to Unsaturated Polyester Resin of a Polymer Matrix Composite
...Show More Authors

Experimental investigations had been done in this study to demonstrate the effect of natural particles used as a reinforcement material to unsaturated polyester resin. The tensile test and water absorption were investigated according to (ASTM D638) and (ASTM D570), respectively. The influence of sunflower husk and pomegranate husk particles, used as a reinforcement material, on the tensile strength, Young's modulus and water absorption with different weight fraction (3%, 7% and 10%) and particle grain size (50µm, 100 µm and 150 µm), has been investigated. The water absorption of polymer composites was studied by measuring the specimen weight before and after immersion in water for one hundred days. In the experiments of tensile test,

Politeness Theories in Synge's Riders to the Sea
...Show More Authors

This research tackles the play of Synge "Rider to the Sea" to find out whether the theories of Leech (1983) and Brown and Levinson (1987) can be applied or not to this study. The model of Leech (1983) consists of seven principles and for Brown and Levinson (1987),it consists of two principles of politeness where one of them is positive and the other is negative politeness. It is hypothesed that: 1. There is a relation between the two theories. 2. Synge deals with these theories in such a way to depict his characters. 3. It is also hypothesed that every character deals with these principles in such a way to show the events of the play. The study concludes that there is a relation between the two theories in depicting the characters then it s

Impact of supervisory control requirements on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Iraq: Case Study: Islamic Cooperation Bank for Investment and Development for the years (2015-2018)
...Show More Authors

Given the importance that the Iraqi banking system in general and Islamic banks in particular, there must be effective supervisory oversight of these banks, as supervisory oversight has an essential and effective role in the development and evaluation of the performance of banks, through the application of legal controls and rules. Banking aimed at making sure that its financial centers are safe, protecting depositors' funds, and achieving both monetary and economic stability. This research studied and evaluates the mechanisms and tools used by the Central Bank of Iraq in the supervision and supervision of these banks. Therefore, the research aimed to measure the type and direction of the relationship between the requirements of supervis

Theoretical Calculations of the Cross-sections for (n,α) and (n,xα) reactions on the Structural Material for Fusion Reactor 46-50Ti
...Show More Authors

The biggest problem of structural materials for fusion reactor is the damage caused by the fusion product neutrons to the structural material. If this problem is overcomed, an important milestone will be left behind in fusion energy. One of the important problems of the structural material is that nuclei forming the structural material interacting with fusion neutrons are transmuted to stable or radioactive nuclei via (n, x) (x; alpha, proton, gamma etc.) reactions. In particular, the concentration of helium gas in the structural material increases through deuteron- tritium (D-T) and (n, α) reactions, and this increase significantly changes the microstructure and the properties of the structural materials. Abstract This dissertation examined the policy of American settlers toward Native peoples in the United States as one of the most complex issues in modern American history, as it was closely connected to the emergence of the new state and to the political, military, and economic transformations that followed the War of Independence, this policy developed within an expansionist context characterized by the pursuit of control over land and resources and the reorganization of geographical space in ways that served settler interests, in contrast to the marginalization of Indigenous presence and the erosion of their political and social systems, historical evidence demonstrated that relations between the two sides did not rest on fixed foundatio

Deconstructionism opened the door wide to multiple readings and restore the reader his authority that he lost in the modernism, thus became more able to decipher the plastic discourse through reconstruction according to what he wants or what the plastic discourse gives him of possibilities beyond consumerism and thus the author has been canceled. The problem of the current research is limited to the following question: does deconstructionism in postmodern arts have a role in teaching the artistic tasting for the learner? The aim of the current research is to reveal the deconstruction work mechanisms in postmodern arts and their role in teaching the artistic tasting for the learner. As for the theoretical framework, the first section focu
