      2D Electrical Resistivity has been applied at three selecting areas within the study area using Dipole-dipole and Wenner arrays with an a-spacing of 1 m, and the profile length was 120 m for both. The total data points were 4455 reads for Dipole-dipole, and the total data points for Wenner were 2340 reads, and the depth of each array was 15.4 m and 20.2 m, respectively. The study aims to identify the degree of appreciation for the level of digital citizenship of a sample of Palestinian university students in the governorates of Gaza, and its relationship to the level of health awareness about the emerging coronavirus (covid-19). The thermal evaporation technique was used to prepare the Ni-Cr films with a thickness of 200 nm and a rate of deposition  of 0.22nm/Sec. The annealing was performed at 373 and 473 K. The structural and optical analyses of the grown layers were achieved and XRD patterns showed amorphous structure transferred to polycrystalline for film annealed at 373 and 473 K. AFM analysis showed that the surface of Ni-Cr films is homogenous and the average roughness, optical energy gap and absorption coefficient were increased with increasing annealing temperature (T_a).
