Corporate governance has the great concern from the international and regional, institutions and organizations especially after the current financial crisis. It became a fertile field for research and study.

So an urgent need was to do research links the relationship between taxes and corporate governance to take advantage of Its multiple positives because corporate governance helps in the elimination of the conflict, to achieve harmony and balance between the interests of different groups interested in the company whether from within or from outside, financial authority is one of the these categories.

The focus of this research lies in the definition of an important aspect of financial development, which is reflected on the alleviation of poverty in Iraq, namely financial inclusion and then taking the path of achieving a sustainable economy, certainly after reviewing one of the important international experiences in this regard and finally measuring the level of financial inclusion in Iraq and its impact on poverty reduction through the absolute poverty line indicator.

New series of 4, 4'-((2-(Aryl)-1H-benzo [d] imidazole-1, 3 (2H)-diyl) bis (methylene)) Diphenol (3a-g) was successfully synthesized from cyclization of the reduction product of bis Schiff bases (2) with aryl aldehydes bearing phenolic hydroxyl in the presence of acetic acid. The structure of these compounds was identified from FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and EIMs. The Antioxidant capability was screened by DPPH and FRAP assays. Both assays showed antioxidant capability more than BHT as well. Compounds 3b and 3c showed antioxidant capacity slightly less than ascorbic acid. Background:  There is a strong desire of adolescent to have a peer group and to be appreciated and also to become a member of this group which can affect one each other. There for; encourage, adapting,and imitating of friends and group consider as the main reasons behind starting of smoking among youngsters. Smoking habits in the family were found tobe acause of smoking pressure among adolescentas peer pressure. Smoking habit may be started before 18 years of age in most adult smokers.

Objectives: To study the effect of peer pressure and family smoking habiton the prevalence of smoking among secondary school students.

Poly-ether-ether-ketone (PEEK) was introduced in dentistry as an alternative to metal alloys.

Removing Congo red (CR) is critical in wastewater treatment. We introduce a combination of electrocoagulation (EC) and electro-oxidation (EO) to address the elimination of CR. We also discuss the deposition of triple oxides (Cu–Mn–Ni) simultaneously on both anodic and cathodic graphite electrodes at constant current density. These electrodes efficiently worked as anodes in the EC-EO system. The EC-CO combination eliminated around 98 % of the CR dye and about 95 % of the Chemical Oxygen demand (COD), and similar results were obtained with the absence of NaCl. Thus, EC-EO is a promising technique to remove CR in an environmentally friendly pathway.
