The global vision for the future of mankind and societies to achieve supremacy, empowerment and victory is limited to the sincerity of the sincere Islamic vision and its evidence, and this true vision is presented through the texts of the Noble Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and the concrete reality to achieve victory and empowerment of Islam, and does not respond by tracking the movement of history and its interventions.

The Islamic nation is a nation of survival and continuity with God’s promise and it needs to wake up and alert, and leadership that takes its hand into the path of victory and empowerment, and that this promise fulfills conditions of the most important of these is a promise to those (believe and do righteousness) from his nation (s) and God’s promise is reserved for all Who is based on the condition of this nation.

A modified chemical method was used to prepare titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs), which were diagnosed by several techniques: X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared, field emission scaning electron microscopy, energy disperse X-ray, and UV-visible spectroscopy, which proved the success of the preparation process at the nanoscale level. We have evaluated 24 morphological characters from about 300 herbarium specimens representing 19 species of Lotus that are currently recognized. This paper proposes a neuro-fuzzy system to model β-glucosidase activity based on the reaction’s pH level and temperature. The developed fuzzy inference system includes two input variables (pH level and temperature) and one output (enzyme activity). The multi-input fuzzy inference system was developed in two stages: first, developing a single input-single output fuzzy inference system for each input variable (pH, temperature) separately, using the robust adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) approach. Flexible pavements are considered an essential element of transportation infrastructure. So, evaluations of flexible pavement performance are necessary for the proper management of transportation infrastructure. Pavement condition index (PCI) and international roughness index (IRI) are common indices applied to evaluate pavement surface conditions.
