The global vision for the future of mankind and societies to achieve supremacy, empowerment and victory is limited to the sincerity of the sincere Islamic vision and its evidence, and this true vision is presented through the texts of the Noble Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and the concrete reality to achieve victory and empowerment of Islam, and does not respond by tracking the movement of history and its interventions.

The Islamic nation is a nation of survival and continuity with God’s promise and it needs to wake up and alert, and leadership that takes its hand into the path of victory and empowerment, and that this promise fulfills conditions of the most important of these is a promise to those (believe and do righteousness) from his nation (s) and God’s promise is reserved for all Who is based on the condition of this nation.

The current research aims to develop the skills of the kindergarten students in designing and implementing a theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials. To study this, the researcher determined to build teaching plans for design and implementation skills according to (Kolb model).
The results of this research showed the effectiveness of teaching plans according to (Kolb's model) in developing skills of design and implementation (theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials) for the students of the Kindergarten Department - the experimental group. Which had a positive effect to reach the desired results in the design and implementation of the gauntlet theater and dealing with cardboard materials

This study aims to explain the purposes of thinking in light of the Holy Qur’an. The study adopted the deductive method by analyzing the meanings of the eighteen thinking verses mentioned in the Holy Qur’an That is by referring to the ancient and contemporary book interpretations and inferring the purposes of thinking from the context of those verses. The study concluded that there are seven main purposes, for thinking in the light of the Holy Qur’an, are understanding the universal regulations, contemplating the social codes, inferring, extracting maxims and meanings from the Qur’anic proverbs, analyzing the situation objectively, balancing between interests and evils, and freeing the mind from the authority of the paranormal. A significant increase in the incidence of non-O157 verotoxigenic Escherichia coli (VTEC) infections have become a serious health issues, and this situation is worsening due to the dissemination of plasmid mediated multidrug-resistant microorganisms worldwide. This study aims to investigate the presence of plasmid-mediated verotoxin gene in non-O157 E. coli. Standard microbiological techniques identified a total of 137 E. coli isolates. The plasmid was detected by Perfectprep Plasmid Mini preparation kit. These isolates were subjected to disk diffusion assay, and plasmid curing with ethidium bromide treatment. Thin films ZrO₂: MgO nanostructure have been synthesized by a radio frequency magnetron plasma sputtering technique at different ratios of MgO (0,6, 8 and  10)% percentage to be used as the gas sensor for nitrogen dioxide NO₂.
