This research deals with deliberative intentionality in its two dimensions, deliberative intent, direct, and indirect deliberative intent, and deliberative intentionality assumed great importance to ancient and contemporary scholars. The text, relying on deliberative intent as a methodology concerned with the study of language in usage, and the research focuses on direct deliberative intent through (the intent of acceptability, the intent of the presumption, the intent of the informational, the intent of interaction), and the indirect deliberative intent through (the intentionality of the case, the intent of the metaphor, The intent of the communicative impulse, the intent of the allusion,), and these deliberative elements activate and create the perfect interaction between the recipient and the text; To find an understandable interconnectedness according to the direct and indirect method, and deliberative intentionality plays an important role in understanding the text, and we have deliberately applied in this study its application to Surat al-Zumar.
The current study aims to find a new plan to manage the water quality of the western part of the Hammar Marsh to reduce the salts that cause problems for the marshes and preserve their environmental life by isolating the southwestern part of the Hammar Marsh by closing the outlet under the railway embankment. The outlet is discharging saline water to the east-western part of Al Hammar Marsh. After isolating the southwestern part of the marsh, a new outlet is proposed. The performance of a synergistic combination of electrocoagulation (EC) and electro-oxidation (EO) for oilfield wastewater treatment has been studied. The effect of operative variables such as current density, pH, and electrolyte concentration on the reduction of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was studied and optimized based on Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The results showed that the current density had the highest impact on the COD removal with a contribution of 64.07% while pH, NaCl addition and other interactions affects account for only 34.67%. In this research an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) technique was applied for the prediction of Ryznar Index (RI) of the flowing water from WTPs in Al-Karakh side (left side) in Baghdad city for year 2013. Three models (ANN1, ANN2 and ANN3) have been developed and tested using data from Baghdad Mayoralty (Amanat Baghdad) including drinking water quality for the period 2004 to 2013. The results indicate that it is quite possible to use an artificial neural networks in predicting the stability index (RI) with a good degree of accuracy.
