: Issuance, entry into force, and cancellation of regulations in the Saudi system
...Show More Authors

Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, and after:

This is a regular judicial search for the issuance, validity, and cancellation of regulations in the Saudi system. It came in an introduction and four demands and a conclusion of the most important results, then a list of the most important sources and references, in which I presented: A brief study on the issuance of regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the stages that they pass through, their validity and application, and the rules that govern this system in terms of people, places and times, then canceling and amending regulations And its rulings, I referred to it to the original sources approved in this section, and it was taken according to the scientific method followed by the scholars in scientific research.

(Key words: system, system version, system enforcement, system implementation, system abolition, system modification).

Dynamic Response Assessment of the Nigerian 330kV Transmission System
...Show More Authors

This paper presents the dynamic responses of generators in a multi-machine power system.  The fundamental swing equations for a multi-machine stability analysis are revisited. The swing equations are solved to investigate the influence of a three-phase fault on the network largest load bus. The Nigerian 330kV transmission network was used as a test case for the study. The time domain simulation approach was explored to determine if the system could withstand a 3-phase fault. The stability of the transmission network is estimated considering the dynamic behaviour of the system under various contingency conditions. This study identifies Egbin, Benin, Olorunsogo, Akangba, Sakete, Omotosho and Oshogbo as the key buses w

Monte Carlo Simulation of the Backscattering Gamma Ray System
...Show More Authors

A Monte Carlo simulation has been used to design program which simulate gamma rays backscattering system. Gamma ray backscattering is very important to get useful information about shielding, absorption and counting problems. Simulation was done of a 661.6 KeV from a collimated point source of 137Cs. When increasing the scattering angle of photon which emerging from Iron target , as the incident gamma beam angles of 15°, 45° and 75°, the results showed that the single scattering count decreases. Whereas, this count increased by increasing the incident angle. In addition, the single scattering peak (count) increases according to the sample thickness until „saturation thickness‟. Our simulation results are useful to evaluate the opt

This research aims to solve the nonlinear model formulated in a system of differential equations with an initial value problem (IVP) represented in COVID-19 mathematical epidemiology model as an application using new approach: Approximate Shrunken are proposed to solve such model under investigation, which combines classic numerical method and numerical simulation techniques in an effective statistical form which is shrunken estimation formula. Two numerical simulation methods are used firstly to solve this model: Mean Monte Carlo Runge-Kutta and Mean Latin Hypercube Runge-Kutta Methods. Then two approximate simulation methods are proposed to solve the current study. The results of the proposed approximate shrunken methods and the numerical

Abstract

Most of the industrial organization in the world became suffering from the problem of the pollution of the poisonous chemicals things, this urged to depend on the principle of the responsible production, because it has the positive role by dealing with these chemical things and to safe the health of the society, due to the main goal of this study is to restrict the role responsible production in accomplishing the system of the environmental management through an actual study in the northern gas company in Kirkuk province, the topic has acquired a big importance bacause there were a limited number of studies and res

Accident Management System Based on Vehicular Network for an Intelligent Transportation System in Urban Environments
...Show More Authors

As cities across the world grow and the mobility of populations increases, there has also been a corresponding increase in the number of vehicles on roads. The result of this has been a proliferation of challenges for authorities with regard to road traffic management. A consequence of this has been congestion of traffic, more accidents, and pollution. Accidents are a still major cause of death, despite the development of sophisticated systems for traffic management and other technologies linked with vehicles. Hence, it is necessary that a common system for accident management is developed. For instance, traffic congestion in most urban areas can be alleviated by the real-time planning of routes. However, the designing of an efficie

A fluorescence microscopy considered as a powerful imaging tool in biology and medicine. In addition to useful signal obtained from fluorescence microscopy, there are some defects in its images such as random variation in brightness, noise that caused by photon detection and some background pixels in the acquired fluorescence microscopic images appear wrongly auto-fluorescence property. All these practical limitations have a negative impact on the correct vision and analysis of the fluorescent microscope users. Our research enters the field of automation of image processing and image analysis using image processing techniques and applying this processing and analysis on one of the very important experiments in biology science. Evaluation of Temperature, DO and BOD in Mosul Dam Lake Using Geographical Information System
...Show More Authors

The aim of this study is to evaluate the seasonal variations of Mosul dam lake by measuring the temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) during the period from July 2018 to April 2019. Twenty two sites were selected within the studied lake. The obtained results were integrated with the geographical information system (GIS) using spatial images to create maps utilizing Arc map software. These maps were used to demonstrate the concentrations of the investigated parameters during the study period. The results show that all parameters were within the accepted levels, indicating the good status of the lake.

military institution, political parties, judgement, religious schools……etc.of internal
factors, which represent one of the most important pressure points on the system.
Externally one of the most important external factors which affect internal stability is

Power System Stabilizer PSS4B Model for Iraqi National Grid using PSS/E Software
...Show More Authors

To damp the low-frequency oscillations which occurred due to the disturbances in the electrical power system, the generators are equipped with Power System Stabilizer (PSS) that provide supplementary feedback stabilizing signals. The low-frequency oscillations in power system are classified as local mode oscillations, intra-area mode oscillation, and interarea mode oscillations. Double input multiband Power system stabilizers (PSSs) were used to damp out low-frequency oscillations in power system. Among dual-input PSSs, PSS4B offers superior transient performance. Power system simulator for engineering (PSS/E) software was adopted to test and evaluate the dynamic performance of PSS4B model on Iraqi national grid. The res

Content Validity-Based Evaluation Criteria System for Siting Wind-Solar Plants
...Show More Authors

The spatial assessment criteria system for hybridizing renewable energy sources, such as hybrid solar-wind farms, is critical in selecting ideal installation sites that maximize benefits, reduce costs, protect the environment, and serve the community. However, a systematic approach to designing indicator systems is rarely used in relevant site selection studies. Therefore, the current paper attempts to present an inclusive framework based on content validity to create an effective criteria system for siting wind-solar plants. To this end, the criteria considered in the related literature are captured, and the top 10 frequent indicators are identified. The Delphi technique is used to subject commonly used factors to expert judgme
