The research aims to review the concepts of banking efficiency and its relationship to performance, productivity and efficiency, as well as analyze the efficiency of the banking in micro-economic view.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research We have been employed graphic, Econometrics  and Mathematical methods to derive the different concepts of banking efficiency.

We showed that there are two main methods used to measure the bank efficiency, the first called Stochastic Frontier Analysis , this technique depends on the parametric methods, The other method is called Data Envelopment Analysis is based on mathematical programming methods

The over mentioned subject  is considered most important subject  hugely being concerned over , since it provides  sensual experiences that hardly be fulfilled  under the  natural conditions  of  teaching experience; besides , it could surpass  obstacles that impede  the process of explanation  if only depending on the reality. By this means ,  it could merge more  than one sense  to get  the information to  the students 'mind

The research aims to apply a modified SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of the educational services via conducting exploratory research for students from the College of Administration and Economics- Department of Business Administration- Evening studies at the University of Baghdad. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a Cognitive- Behavioral Training Program in reducing Problems Solving among a sample of education university  College Students, the study sample consisted of (50) students were randomly assigned to two groups: experimental, and control; (25) students per group, the results of (ANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences at (p < 0.05) between experimental and control group in Problems Solving level, while there were significant differences between both groups in achievement.
