The research aims to measure the extent of the impact of Earnings quality in the continuity of the company for a sample of private commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. The research sample included (15) of the listed commercial banks that continue to issue their financial statements for the period from (2009-2018).The research relied on three main models of measurement and on four steps. ولاثبات فرضية البحث تم اختيار سوق العراق للاوراق المالية لكي يكون مجتمعا للبحث، ومن ثم اختيار عينة عمدية مؤلفة من ثلاثة عشر سهما من اسهم الشركات المدرجة في هذه السوق لتكون ميدانا للبحث.

The aim of the research is to identify the attitudes of Iraqi youth
towards volunteering work by using the survey method and the scale
tool to identify what young volunteers can carry from the attitudes
towards volunteering work because the phenomenon of volunteer
work is of great importance in society. The scale was applied to
