Groundwater is an important source of fresh water especially in countries having a decrease in or no surface water; therefore itis essential to assess the quality of groundwater and find the possibility of its use in different purposes (domestic; agricultural; animal; and other purposes). In this paper samples from 66 wells lying in different places in Baghdad city were used to determine 13 water parameters, to find the quality of groundwater and evaluate the possibility of using it for human, animal and irrigation by calculating WQI, SAR, RSC and Na% and TDS indicators.      This research aims to study the suitability of the Fatha Formation clay deposits for the brick industry in the Zurbatiya area, Wasit Government. Two sites (Al-Salam police station and Al-Taff station) were selected. The clay deposits were subjected to particle size analysis, atterberg limits, chemical and mineralogical analyses. The samples have 31.45% clay, 52.91% silt, and 15.64% sand. Chemical analyses revealed that SiO₂ and CaO are the clay deposits' main components, indicating the high content of quartz and calcium carbonate.       In this paper, we extend the work of our proplem in uniformly convex Banach spaces using Kirk fixed point theorem. Thus the existence and sufficient conditions for the controllability to general formulation of nonlinear boundary control problems in reflexive Banach spaces are introduced. The results are obtained by using fixed point theorem that deals with nonexpanisive mapping defined on a set has normal structure and strongly continuous semigroup theory. An application is given to illustrate the  importance of the results.
