This paper is devoted to investigate experimentally and theoretically the structural behavior of reinforced concrete hollow beams which have internal transverse ribs under effect of shear. The number of the internal ribs is the major variable adopted in this research, while, the other variables are kept constant for all tested specimens.     In this paper, some new types of regularity axioms, namely pairwise quasi-regular, pairwise semi-regular, pairwise pseudo regular and pairwise regular are defined and studied in both ech fuzzy soft bi-closure spaces (  bicsp’s) and their induced fuzzy soft bitopological spaces. We also study the relationships between them. We show that in all these types of axioms, the hereditary property is satisfied under closed fs bi-csubsp of . Furthermore, we define some normality axioms, namely pairwise semi-normal, pairwise pseudo normal, pairwise normal and pairwise completely normal in both  bicsp’s and their induced fuzzy soft bitopological spaces, as well as their basic properties and the relationships between them are studied.

This work involves the calculation of the cooling load in Iraqi building constructions taking in account the effect of the convective heat transfer inside the buildings. ASHRAE assumptions are compared with the Fisher and Pedersen model of estimation of internal convective heat transfer coefficient when the high rate of ventilation from ceiling inlet configuration is used. Theoretical calculation of cooling load using the Radiant Time Series Method (RTSM) is implemented on the actual tested spaces.
