This research deals with the motives of the use of Facebook by elderly people and the achieved needs, which leads the researcher to ask an important question: why an old persons use Facebook and are the achieved needs through   which they got?  The research aims to find out the habits and patterns of using Facebook by old men and stands on the main motives of the elderly in their use of Facebook. It also identifies the most prominent needs that have been made for the elderly as a result of their use of Facebook.

Schiff bases (SBs) based on amino acid derivative stand for multipurpose ligands that formed by condensing amino acids with carbonyl groups. They are significant in pharmaceutical and medical areas due to their widespread biological actions such as antiseptic, antifungal, along with antitumor actions. The research problem is summarized in the main question: How does satire featured in television programs influence the portrayal of Iraqi politicians? This research adopts a descriptive approach and employs a survey methodology. The primary data collection tool is a questionnaire, complemented by observation and measurement techniques. The study draws upon the framework of cultural cultivation theory as a guiding theoretical foundation. A total of 430 questionnaires were disseminated among respondents who regularly watch satirical programs, selected through a multi-stage random sampling procedure.

This work involves the synthesis and characterization of  asymmetrical  pyromellitdiimide derivatives [VII]a-f  by four sequences steps reaction . One mole of pyromellitic dianhydride was reacted with one mole of various primary aromatic amines [2aminothiazole , 2-aminobenzothiazole , 5-(4-amino phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol , 4-nitro aniline , 4-chloro aniline , 4-toludine] in excess of dry acetone to produce six compounds (Nsubstituted-pyromellitamic monoacid) [IV]a-f . These new compounds [IV]a-f  were converted to the  corresponding N- substituted- pyromellitmonoimide [V]a-f  when heating then at (8090) 0C in sodium acetate-acetic anhydride system .The compounds [V]d-f were allowed to react with one m
