استهدفت هذه الدراسة تحليل واقع الاقتصاد العراقي على خلفية تحليل القدرة التنافسية بما يفضي الى وضع ملامح عامة لإستراتيجية بناء للقدرة التنافسية الوطنية للنهوض بالواقع الاقتصادي. وقد افترضت الدراسة ان الاقتصاد العراقي يعاني من اخفاقات شديدة في الاداء لا تتصل بطبيعته ولاتعتبر سمة اصيلة من سماته  بل هي ظرفية وطارئة رغم وجودها منذ عقود.

تناول هذا البحث مراجعة لعدد من الكتب التي ألفت في جغرافية العراق العربية منها والإنكليزية، وتحديداً الكتب في العصر الحديث، إذ توصل البحث الى وجود مجموعة من الكتب التي تناولت مختلف جوانب العراق الطبيعية منها والبشرية، اتضح أن بعض الكتب الجغرافية تناولت الجانب الجغرافي الطبيعي فقط، في حين أن كتب أخرى تناولت الجانب الجغرافي البشري فقط. وأخرى جمعت بين الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية للعراق.

The present study was designed to evaluate the changes in serum levels of TNF-α, malomdialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant status (TAS) patients with different stages of malignant prostatic cancer (PCa) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). One hundred males (age range of 58-72 years) with different stages of malignant PCa were recruited from the Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Teaching Hospital in Baghdad during the period from September 2010 to April 2011. The research aims at showing the effectiveness of the existing deposit facilities in the liquidity of the Iraqi banking system for the period 2010/2017. This research examines the relationship between dinar deposits and U.S. dollar payments at the Central Bank of Iraq using monthly data for the period 2016–2025. The ARDL model, the GRU neural network, and a hybrid ARDL–GRU model are applied. The results show that dollar payments are stationary at level, while dinar deposits become stationary after first differencing, with a significant positive long-run cointegrating relationship. The linear ARDL model has limited ability to capture sudden shocks, whereas the hybrid ARDL–GRU model achieves superior forecasting performance both in-sample and out-of-sample.
