تعد ظاهرة النخبة من اهم الموضوعات التي يعنى بها دارسو العلوم السياسية، اذ تشكل هذه الظاهرة محور نشاطات الجماعة السياسية، وبالرغم من تباين النظريات المتعلقة بتفسير وجود هذه الظاهرة ونشأتها، فان هناك اتفاقا على ارتباط هذه الظاهرة بتوزيع القوة داخل المجتمع الانساني فبعد ان كانت هذه الكلمة )النخبة( تستخدم في القرن السابع عشر لوصف سلع ذات تفوق معين امتد استعمالها فيما بعد ليشمل الاشارة الى فئات اجتماعية متفوقة ك

     Purpose - The study aimed at evaluating the accounting system of the Iraqi political parties, which is applied according to legislative texts, and then the ability to provide accounting information to evaluate the strategic performance and control of the party's operational and financial performance.
Findings- The research found that the unified accounting system applied to political parties does not provide relevance informations to judge the performance of the political party, the researcher a proposal for an accounting system that provides the necessary information to measure and monitor the performance of Iraqi political parties can be presented. The

        The purified frog skin peptides were tested on leukemic patients lymphocytes, which revealed effects of cytotoxicity. Four frogs (Rana ridibunda) were stimulated by single intra-peritoneal injection of norepinephrine-HCl . Five different peptides;1(18) A, 2(19) L, 3(20) I,4(21) E and 5(22) Y were isolated and quantified. The peptide 3(20)I had 5.87% of hemolysis, while healthy human lymphocytes cytotoxic activity was for 2(19)L with inhibition( -10.4%).All peptides were subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
