Digital Media and its Role in Marketing Artistic Products " A Field Study": احمد عبد الستار حسين
...Show More Authors

This research addresses a problem manifested in a main question: what is the role of the digital media in marketing the artistic products? in order to determine the role played by the digital media in the disclosure and promotion of the artistic product, its price and places of distribution, as the basic elements of the marketing mixture.

This is a descriptive research in which the researcher used the survey method to check the opinions of a sample chosen according to the (proportion) method from the research community represented by instructors and students of the college of Fine Arts- University of Dayala.

In order to achieve the aims of the research, the researcher used a field research tool, i.e., a questionnaire, where the researcher made questions into four axes representing the b basic elements of the marketing mixture, and a scale consisting of a group of statements having three alternatives to measure that role. The researcher then, after collecting the data, resorted to the statistical processes aiming to extract the results and analyze and explain them through the use of a number of methods, tests and statistical coefficients.

The most important results reached at:

  • The results revealed that the respondents have a weak practice in marketing their artistic products through digital media applications.
  • Most of the respondents affirmed that marketing through the digital media has not cancelled their practice to market their artistic products through the traditional means.
  • Most of the respondents agreed that the digital media may play a major role in introducing the artistic products.

Efficient digital Image filtering method based on fuzzy algorithm
...Show More Authors

Recently, Image enhancement techniques can be represented as one of the most significant topics in the field of digital image processing. The basic problem in the enhancement method is how to remove noise or improve digital image details. In the current research a method for digital image de-noising and its detail sharpening/highlighted was proposed. The proposed approach uses fuzzy logic technique to process each pixel inside entire image, and then take the decision if it is noisy or need more processing for highlighting. This issue is performed by examining the degree of association with neighboring elements based on fuzzy algorithm. The proposed de-noising approach was evaluated by some standard images after corrupting them with impulse

Integrating Drones With Digital Twins for Aerial Remote Sensing
...Show More Authors
Abstract
Drones are highly autonomous, remote‐controlled platforms capable of performing a variety of tasks in diverse environments. A digital twin (DT) is a virtual replica of a physical system. The integration of DT with drones gives the opportunity to manipulate the drone during a mission. In this paper, the architecture of DT is presented in order to explain how the physical environment can be represented. The techniques via which drones are collecting the necessary information for DT are compared as a next step to introduce the main methods that have been applied in DT progress by drones. The findings of this research indicated that the process of incorporating DTs into drones will result in the advanc
... Show More

Producing Digital Models of Elevations (DEMs) using Surfer 16
...Show More Authors

Digital Models of Elevations (DEMs) Using Surfer 16, which are interpolated to create three-dimensional controls for the entire terrain, are typically used in visualization of geospatial entities. The interpolation method used determines how accurate the resulting terrain model will be, hence it is necessary to compare the effectiveness of various approaches in this situation. Numerous generic interpolation techniques, using inverse distance to a power, triangulation as with linear interpolation, the nearest neighbor, and kriging, have been studied. These interpolation techniques produced DEMs. With the aid of SURFER software 16, the primary goal of this effort was to introduce the DEM using a spatial interpolation method and to pre

Digital Intelligence for University Students Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques

The research problem arose from the researchers’ sense of the importance of Digital Intelligence (DI), as it is a basic requirement to help students engage in the digital world and be disciplined in using technology and digital techniques, as students’ ideas are sufficiently susceptible to influence at this stage in light of modern technology. The research aims to determine the level of DI among university students using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. To verify this, the researchers built a measure of DI. The measure in its final form consisted of (24) items distributed among (8) main skills, and the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. It was applied to a sample of 139 male and female students who were chosen
