The study aimed to explore the school principals’ servant leadership practices for primary teachers’ perspectives in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore to investigate the differences in those practices attributable to variables (gender, qualification, educational stage, years of experience, governorate). The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of the use of project-based learning in the development of intensive reading skills at middle school students.
