تكمن المشكلة  في ان معظم العاملين في عصرنا الحالي يواجهون انواعا متعددة من الضغوط اثناء العمل، ولهذا يعد اتجاه العامل نحو دوره في العمل عنصر مهم في زيادة الاداء الوظيفي وتحقيق التوافق النفسي السوي للعامل داخل عمله.

ان هناك ضغوط في بيئة العمل قد تسبب الشعور بالتوتر وتكمن خطورة الضغوط في الاصابة بالاحتراق النفسي والتي تتمثل في حالات التشاؤم واللامبالاة وعدم دقة الاداء وسوء التوافق العام

Current research aimed at measurement of management of emotional among counselors and  knowledge of emotions management according to the variables of sex and length of service with counselors.

The Scale applied to a sample of basic research, amounting to (300) counselors.

1- That counselors have administration emotional.

2- There are no differences in the management of emotional statistically significant according to the variable (gender).

3- statistically significant differences according to the variable (length of service) in the management

The research aimed at identifying the effect of using constructive learning model on academic achievement and learning soccer dribbling Skill in 2nd grade secondary school students. The researcher used the experimental method on (30) secondary school students; 10 selected for pilot study, 20 were divided into two groups. The experimental group followed constructive learning model while the controlling group followed the traditional method.
