The aim of this paper is to introduce and study a new kind of graphs associated to an ideal of a commutative ring. Let â„› be a commutative ring with identity, and I(â„›) be the set of all non-trivial ideals of â„› with S I(â„›). The sum ideal graph associated to S, denoted by       Î¨(â„›, S), is the undirected graph with vertex set {A I(â„›): S⊂A+B, for some B I(â„›)} where two ideal vertices A and B are adjacent if and only if A B and S⊂A+B. In this paper we establish some of characterizations and results of this kind of graph with providing some examples.

In this paper, we propose new types of non-convex functions called strongly --vex functions and semi strongly --vex functions. We study some properties of these proposed functions. As an application of these functions in optimization problems, we discuss some optimality properties of the generalized nonlinear optimization problem for which we use, as an objective function, strongly --vex function and semi strongly --vex function.

The study aimed to introduce the effect of Giardia lamblia infection on changes in
some biochemical parameters in serum of infected patients before and after treatment during a
period of one year, (from Feb, 2008 to Jan, 2009).
Samples of 50 infected patients who referred to Al-Kadimiyah Teaching Hospital,
were collected before and after 7 days of treatment.
The activity of liver enzymes (Gpt and Got) before treatment increased significantly as
it reached up to (8.47) u/L and 19.06 u/L, comparing with control values (6.455) u/L and
(8.39) u/L respectively. The activity of the enzymes decreased after treatment but the values
of Gpt and Got remained higher than the control values as reached 7-27 u/L, 11-64 u/L

In this study  the isomerization of desulfuerized light Iraqi petroleum naphtha (Al-Dura Refinery) with boiling point range of 37 to 124 °C , 80.5 API specific gravity and 68.2 octane number has been investigated. This contribution provides an insight into the reduction mechanism of p-chloronitrobenzene (p-CNB) to p-chloroaniline (p-CAN) over the γ-Mo2N(111) surface by means of density functional theory calculations. The adsorption energies of various molecularly adsorbed modes of p-CNB were computed. An experiment was carried out in pots under open field conditions in the fall seasons of 2017 and 2018 at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, for improving field emergence and drought stress tolerance in sorghum.
