Abstract. This paper examines the structural rules governing abbrevia-tions in the Russian lexicon and proposes methods for translating these abbrevi-ated forms into Arabic. The present study is an attempt to investigate colors, their meanings and

This study sought to understand how critical cultural awareness was in translating English idioms into Arabic, particularly in political news where clarity and precision are paramount.
