The aesthetics of employing the Cap Cut program in the montage and effects of digital content on the Internet
...Show More Authors

Traditional programs and the tedious and financially costly processes they require are no longer the best choice for content makers. The continuous development and development have led to the emergence of competitive software that offers capabilities that are more suitable for aesthetic needs, as it breaks down stereotypical frameworks from the familiar to the unfamiliar to be more suitable for graphic subjects in terms of dealing with the requirements of the digital content industry. Video for communication platforms, as it has more advantages than traditional software and the flexibility and high quality it offers at the level of the final product, All of this contributed to supplementing the image with aesthetic employments with data that meets ambition and moves away from monotony due to its close connection to society and lifestyle. Cap Cut is one of the most important developed programs that benefit digital video content makers and short film makers on the Internet due to its visual capabilities that enhance the expressive aspects of production processes. Meaning and finding unconventional formulations at the level of digital effects that are constantly developed and updated to enrich the image and make it aesthetically superior through the creative employment of the work maker.

Green Synthesis of Iron Oxide Nanoparticles and Their Modification with CTAB for the Decolorization of Dye Reactive Blue 238
...Show More Authors

Magnetized iron oxide nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared using Eucalyptus leaf extract and then coated with CTAB (Cetrimonium bromide) to increase efficiency. The prepared and modified (NPs) were characterized using AFM, FTIR, and X-ray techniques. The adsorption of the dye reactive blue RB 238 on coated (NPs) was investigated. The effect of various experimental factors, such as the initial concentration of the dye, the amount of adsorbent, pH and temperature on the removal of RB238 was studied. The best conditions for dye removal were found to be 298 K in an acidic medium of pH = 3 and an appropriate dose of the adsorbent of 0.15 g per 25 mg/L to achieve the best color removal of 90% within 60 minutes. The pseudo-second-order re

Comparison of LAMP and PCR for the Diagnosis of Methicillin-Resistance Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) Isolated from Different Food Sources
...Show More Authors

Staphylococcus aureus, which includes the methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), is a significant human pathogen producing different toxins and results in many different infection types, which include bacteremia, soft-tissue infections, as well as staphylococcal food poisoning. S. aureus is an important food-borne pathogen of humans due to ingestion of food containing enterotoxigenic strains. Detecting S. aureus femA and mecA genes was evaluated with the use of a Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification Method (LAMP). The accuracy of this approach was similar to that attained using the approach of the conventional polymerase chain (PCR). Those two methods characterized 43 isolates of MRSA which

Effect of alcohol and hot aqueous extracts for Leaves of Adhatodavasicaon the 1st larval instars ofMuscadomestica L.(Diptera: Muscidae)
...Show More Authors

The present study aimed to investigate the effects of alcohol and hot aqueous extracts for leaves of Adhatoda vasica on, first larval instars Musca domestica. They were exposed to the suggested concentrations of alcoholic extract which were (500, 1000, 1500, 2000) PPM while the suggested concentrations of the hot aqueous extracts (500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500)PPM. The alcoholic (Methanol) extract of leaves was much effective on to killing the first larval instars of the M. domestica than hot aqueous extract.

Comparing Some Methods of Estimating the Parameters and Survival Function of a Log-logistic Distribution with a Practical Application
...Show More Authors

The Log-Logistic distribution is one of the important statistical distributions as it can be applied in many fields and biological experiments and other experiments, and its importance comes from the importance of determining the survival function of those experiments. The research will be summarized in making a comparison between the method of maximum likelihood and the method of least squares and the method of weighted least squares to estimate the parameters and survival function of the log-logistic distribution using the comparison criteria MSE, MAPE, IMSE, and this research was applied to real data for breast cancer patients. The results showed that the method of Maximum likelihood best in the case of estimating the paramete

Molecular analysis of Peganum harmala L. callus to determine the gene expression of beta-carboline alkaloids harmine and harmaline
...Show More Authors

The external signals are used as elicitors that can modify the levels of secondary metabolites production and trigger the biotechnological enforcements to improve plant production. In this study, sodium chloride NaCl was used as a stimulating factor for the production of beta-carboline alkaloids, harmine and harmaline, in Peganum harmala. The in vitro induced callus of P. harmalain was used as a source for alkaloid production in the stimulating experiments with sodium chloride. The results illustrated that 2 mg.l-1 of NaCl increased the fresh and dry weight of callus with an average of 944.30 and 72.0 mg, respectively. In a comparative analysis through Gas Chromatography (GC)

Assessment of Water Quality Index and Water Suitability of the Tigris River for drinking water within Baghdad City, Iraq
...Show More Authors

In this study water quality was indicated in terms of Water Quality Index that was determined through summarizing multiple parameters of water test results. This index offers a useful representation of the overall quality of water for public or any intended use as well as indicating pollution, water quality management and decision making. The application of Water Quality Index
(WQI) with sixteen physicochemical water quality parameters was performed to evaluate the quality of Tigris River water for drinking usage. This was done by subjecting the water samples collected from eight stations in Baghdad city during the period 2004-2010 to comprehensive physicochemical analysis. The sixteen physicochemical parameters included: Turbidity, A

MORPHOLOGICAL AND MOLECULAR STUDIES OF KAIS KINGFISH CYPRINION KAIS HECKEL, 1843 (PISCIES, CYPRINIFORMES, CYPRINIDAE) FROM THE MIDDLE OF IRAQ
...Show More Authors

Cyprinidae species are the most abundant and widely distributed fish species in the inland waters of Iraq. Cyprinids are complex species, and it is difficult to identify them on the basis of morphology. Thus, the morphological characteristics must be achieved and confirmed by molecular analysis. Twenty specimens of Cyprinion kais Heckel, 1843 (Piscies, Cypriniformes, Cyprinidae) were collected from two localities at Tigris River in the middle of Iraq: five specimens from Al-Tharthar Lake, Saladin Province, and 15 specimens from Al- Zubaydiyah sub-district, Wasit Province
